So it wasn't urvashi but her random fan club which tweeted it. TOI conveniently deleted the name of the handle which tweeted that tweet.

It was @urvashi_fanclub who tweeted it NOT @urvashi9 😡

I highly dobut it , im friends with her on twitter. My app until i dont refresh will show all tweets even if deleted. There was no tweet when i opened the app. So she def didnt tweet it.
