Rey had lost his sleep. Whatever that was...It was not good. At all. He didn't know, how to handle the situation? He was getting panick, worried, anguish. He took deep breaths to calm down. He can't just act panick. It would mess the situation more than it is. He quickly made some few calls. He sat on bed..He ran his finger in his hair... frustratingly.

He quickly made a call to his assistant, who took care of media and every obstacle.

"Steve... I want to find out..Who did this? In 24 hrs... I want everything.. As well as, Make sure... This thing won't get to media... Is that clear?? I will meet you at your office..." He gave him more instruction and cut the call. He quickly get changed and drove off his car.

In morning,

"Oh No... I am late today...I am getting late...Damn!" Taani made her way speedily towards Singhania's Building. She passed through security cube and entered into lobby. She felt weird. People were giving her a look... She could hear some whispering... But, she ignored it. She entered elevator. The same experience she got in elevator. People were looking at her. Their stares were eating her. She felt suffocation.

Finally, elevator stopped on her floor. She hurriedly came out of bunch of people and make her way to her section... As soon as she entered the office. Rosy which was sitting at her desk, shot her a disgusting look...Taani found it weird. Once, she had a thought, to stop and ask Rosy, what is the problem? But, she threw that thought a side and made her way towards her cabin. On her way too. She caught people staring at her with same look, whispering.

"What the hell wrong with this day??" Taani cursed under her breath. She made her way to Rey's cabin. But, it was closed. That means, Rey hadn't shown up yet.

"Thank god.. " She breathed sigh of relief. She settled in her cabin and opened her laptop. She soon opened her cellphone to check, she had message or not.

15 unread messages. 35 missed calls.

"Great... 35 missed calls... Wow... My cell was on silent mode...Ugh!" Taani scolded herself. She looked through missed calls... All were from Rey.

"Re... I mean...Umm... Sire called me at 1:40pm in night? I hope, everything is alright..." Taani thought to herself. Then, she checked messages. 3 messages were from Rey. 1 message was from Swayam. And, remaining one from was some unknown number. As Rey called her so many times, she decided to call him first. She tried calling for more than 6 times.. But, he didn't pick up. Then, she checked Swayam's message... It was just... Normal message. She decided to call him after when she will be back at home. Then, her eye caught Unknown Number.

She clicked it.

Taani stood up from her sit. She tightly gripped her cell. Her legs were shaking... She was suddenly feeling cold in Mumbai's hot temperature. She was struggling for breath... Soon... Her eyes started watering... She covered her mouth with her hand... Still, looking at her cell with wide eyes...

"This can't be happen..." She whispered with shaky voice.

"No...

This...Thhiss..Cannn't bee hap..pennn..." She sat down on her sit. She was still panting for breath. Her forehead was sweating. She pressed close and closed the message. She tried calling Rey. But, call directly went to voicemail. She checked his messages. It was saying... Ignore the office... Call me when you will get this... etc. She shook her head frantically. She put her cell on the table... rubbed her temple. Her head in her hand. She tried to process everything.

"How could this be even possible? Rey?? How??" She took heavy breath. She took the water glass which was on her table and drank the water in hurry. Her breathing finally became slow. She wiped her tears back of her hand and started at her cell.

"No... This can't be happen...There must be my mistake something..." Taani took her cell again and opened the message which was sent by unknown number.

It contained a MMS... In which, Taani was sleeping on bed and some guy leaned... He was near her face... It looked like he kissed her... Then, that guy stood up and turned and as he turned... The guy's face was clear... It was Rey. Then... screen went black... Again... And some cheap clip came... Guy undressing girl's cloth...and then... clip eneded... That was She and Rey...

She quickly dropped her cell on table and rubbed her temple.

"I am missing something..." Taani rubbed her temple.

People staring at her.. the moment she stepped here today morning... Rey is not here. His messages.

"He knew before me.." Taani concluded. Suddenly, she remembered his dialog in plane.

"You are crazy when you are drunk..."

NO.. She shook her head frantically. She looked at her cell...

"No.. I am overthinking... I don't think Rey will do such thing.. NO!!!!!" She closed her eyes and allowed tears to fall...There was a knock on her door. She wiped her tears.

"Come in..." As soon as she said. Some co-workers.. all were ladies... came in along with Rosy. They stood in front of Taani...

"I must say Taani... Well Played..." One of the clapped... All laughed. Taani was on verge of crying. But, she decided to be firm.

"Don't you have shame guyz? Some creepy MMS you receive and instantly, you believe on it? Do you really think, this can be true??" Taani looked at them with disbelief. All looked at the floor.

"But..Taani... MMS is clearly showing... what happened??" Rosy said with accusing tone. All nodded with her.

"And... who knows... You have created this MMS and send us??" Rosy asked.

"What?? Are you out of your mind???" Taani raised her voice.

"Don't raise you voice Taani... By raising your voice... Your dirty game cannot be hide.. You know??" Rosy said, sternly.

"What do mean to say?? Why I will do such cheap thing??? " Taani asked her confused.

"Oh come on Taani... Reeyansh Singhania is one of the top tycoon... He can provide you anything you want... And... Once, you had guyz sex... You can control him... even you are famous now... You are on each media channel.." Rosy said. She switched on the TV and flipped through news channels. Other ladies start whispering.

"Just one night stand... and..." Before Rosy could complete... Taani screamed.

"GET LOST ALL OF YOU... RIGHT NOW..." All were taken a back and made their way out of her cabin. Taani had covered her ears and shut her eyes tightly. She shut off the TV and sat on her chair. She couldn't stop herself. She started sobbing uncontrollably. She stayed in her cabin like hours.

"This is not true... This is not true... I have to call him..."She dialed Rey's number... But, it still went to voicemail. She tried numerous time. But, no use.

Suddenly, her intercom started ringing. It was Rey's number. She picked it up.

"Hello... Rey... I want to talk to you.. What is this all going on??" But, to her dispointment. She was cut off. It wasn't Rey's voice. She looked at her intercom screen. It showed Rey's number.

"Hello..Miss. Are you there??"

"Yeah..." Taani whispered.

"Mam.. This is Rey sire's assistant... Steve... Right now, he is in meeting with board... He requests you to meet him at my office... as he can't come at office... I have already sent the driver... he must be on the way to inform you... " Taani only nodded.

She was man in driver suit standing at her door. Taani just listened Steve's instruction numbly and disconnect the call and took her purse. She followed driver. All people were giving her stares... But, somehow... Driver managed to clear her way quick. Finally, she was on the way. After few minutes of drive... Which seems like hours to Taani. She stepped out of the car. She spotted Steve.

"Media is making crowd on front gate...So we have to enter from back door...Please follow me." Steve informed and Taani nodded. They reached on the floor, where Rey was.

"He is in cabin..." Taani nodded and opened the door. She walked inside and found Rey on couch going through some files while talking on phone. She didn't say anything. Steve had already closed the door. Rey cut the call and cursed under his breath and looked up. He stood up from his place and walked towards Taani. She looked at ground. Her eyes were starting watering.

"Are you ok Taani??" Finally, she listened his voice. It calmed her little.

"No.." She whispered. Her voice was shaky. She heard him sigh.

"Ok..Come and sit...Please!" She just nodded and sat on couch. She started at ground. But, she didn't look once up at him. He came and sat beside her and started...

"Look... Taani... I know... You know... Whatever the fiasco is not true... It's someone's trap... I am damn sure... Is it clear??" Rey looked at her. She just nodded and kept staring at ground.

"God damn... Taani... Don't wear that look... You did nonthing... Okay?? We are not guilty at all...So please...Look at me!!" He was mad. Not because she was ignoring. Because, she was hurting herself. It was not her fault. Not anyone's.

"You knew already??" She asked. "Yes... I got the stuff... after when I returned home yesterday...I told Steve to find out, who did?? Soon.. everthing will get clear..." Rey reassured her.

"1^st part of MMS... was when we were in Shimala...The room was mine.. what happened at that night??" Taani said.

"Look... You had some local drink and you were under intoxication... You went in snow.. and somehow started sneezing... You were not ready to come by yourself...so... I make you come to inside... I...Picked you up.." Taani looked at him with wide eyes and he continued, " And... Umm... I lay you on you bed..."

"And you leaned and what happned??" Taani cut him and asked. She was staring in his eyes.

"And I kissed on your forehead... and then I went in my room...Nonthing else happened..." Rey said.

"Rey..I was drunk... you leaned... I was on bed... In MMS,.."Taani looked away.

"Taani...Are you trusting that bloody MMS??" Rey narrowed his eyes at her. "No..I am not..." Taani said sternly.

"Rey...If anything happened... might have happened...Then blame goes to me..." Taani whispered.

"God damn it Taani... Trust me... Nonthing happened... You were drunk... I was not drunk...and Do you really think...I will take chance of you in that condition??" He looked hurt.

"No Rey... It's not like that..." She said. "Then... Listen to me..." Rey said.

"Rey...I think... I have to go... I am tired... and I don't want this fiasco... Please. I am resigning my post... Tomorrow letter you will receive... " Taani told him. There was a silence.

"No Taani... You can't..Everything is going to be fine..." Rey assured her. "Listen to me... there are some...facts that you should know..." Rey told.

"No Rey... My decision is good for both of us..." and with that she ran out of the cabin. Rey followed her. She ran towards stairs. But, she was pulled back.

"No Taani... You are not leaving..." He pinned her to the nearest wall. "No Rey... Please! Leave me.."

"No the hell..." Rey hissed at her angrily. "Everytime we cannot run from problems... We have to face them today or tomorrow.. But, we have to face them." Rey tightened his grip on her.

"But, if we just throw the cause of problem aside.. we don't have to face it.." Taani said.

"Don't blabber illogical Taani..." Rey took one step forward. He place his hand on wall either side of her. She was trapped.

"You listen to me..."

"No..." He took one step closer.

"You have to..." He warned her. "NO.." She yelled.

He pressed his body against her which make her extremally uncomfortable. She put her hands on his chest and exert the force. But, he was like stone.

"Rey leave me... Please!" She begged. But, anger had taken place of his mind. He had lost the control. She was blaming herself for nothing. It was killing him.

"No..." He pressed his body more close. This time... It hurt her. She pressed her hands on his chest... He took her wrist in his hand. His grip was so much tight. She was in Pain.

"Leave..." She said in pain. "Listen to me Taani..."

"Leave Rey... I don't want to hear you...Leave me..." She shouted... and she used the force as much as she can... and finally pushed Rey back... His grip on wrist loosened... He stumbled some steps back... She could finally breath... She rubbed her wrist and looked at him with teary eyes... He was his fingerprints...on her wrist... in red and blue colour.

"Taani..." He took one step forward.. But, she stopped him. "I HATE YOU..." And with that she ran from there. He didn't followed her. He stared at wall... He tightened his fist...and punched on wall.

Taani ran and quickly grabbed the rikshaw. To her luck, she somehow managed to escape without anyone's notice... As soon as Rikshaw stopped in front of her apartment... She took 500 rupees and placed hurriedly in rikshaw driver's hand. And, she ran into her apartment. She heard his yell.

"Madam ji... itna bhada nahi hua hain... suno toh.." She didn't stopped... she entered and quickly closed the door behind him. She had did her best..She didn't cried in front of Rikshaw driver. But, now she couldn't help but stop her sobs...She curled up on sofa...crying. She had fallen sleep on sofa.

She opened her eyes... she didn't had idea...How much hours had gone? How much long she has curled on sofa? Her back and head was paining. Her apartment was captured by darkness. She looked out of window and found dark there too. She switched on the light and looked at watch.

It was 9:25pm. She took deep breath and head towards shower. She slide from her clothes, which were had wrinkles. She slid in shower...The hot water was soothing her skin...Her muscles instantly relaxed. She shut off the shower and changed into pajama and tank top. She wanted a fresh coffee to set her mind. She went in kitchen and set the coffee maker. She was waiting for coffee. Suddenly, she heard knock.

"Who will be at this time??" She made her way to door and looked through peep-hole.

"OMG!" Taani shouted. But, soon shut her mouth. She decided to not to open the door. She didn't make noise. She thought, he will move after some time.

"I know you are in Taani...Open the door." He knocked again. She gulped some saliva. Entire day came in front of her eyes... She was tired and was not in state to talk. But, she had no choice. She slowly opened her door.

"What do you want??" Taani asked.

" I want to talk to you..." Rey said. " I don't." And with that she was about to close the door in his face. But, he stopped it and came inside forcefully and shut the door behind him.

"Rey...This Is Inappropriate.." She emphasized the each word.

"You should not enter in anyone's home..without their permission..." Taani yelled at him.

"Ohh...And Closing the door in front my face.. was appropriate?? Anyway!!! ...Let's talk." Rey said coldly. "Rey... You should not come here... If anyone will notice you..." Taani whispered.

"Shut up Taani.." He snapped at her. He placed his hand on her shoulder. "I come here for you... I want to explain few things... And while I am explaining..Don't poke your nose... Once I will finish... You ask how much questions.. You have!"

"But Rey..." Rey gave her a death glare. She shut her mouth. " I can smell... Coffee. Bring it for me too...Now go." He released her.

She went in kitchen and took two cups of coffee. She had set up two cups. Thanks to god. She filled them and came outside in living room. She found Rey sitting on her sofa.

"Do you hate me Taani??" She placed mug in front of him and sat opposite to him. She remembered how she yelled at him. She felt guilty and sad.

"No.." She looked away. "It's just that.." But, she was cut by him.

"Fine... Let's talk then." He took a sip of his coffee and looked at her.

" I will never leave you!" Rey told her. She looked in his eyes. Sincerity was there.

"Rey... What is between us??" Taani asked him. She tried to read his eyes. His grip around her fingers tightened. But, it wasn't hurting. It felt nice. Comforting..Filled with warm.
