I think mehul is also suffering frm amnesia like bhai did that is y he forgot that a day before he threatened rk to leave forever if he didn't got his heroine on sets rather than his wife n now wen rk is following his instructions this man has the nerve to say at his back that he dnt care for his wife just like hamare bhaiyaji did .
N moreover while dieing bhai said to rk we will fight again so now see how bcoz mehul is bhai part 2 n the way he is obessed wid madhu n keeps on taunting rk clearly gives bhai image so in future we will see mehul seperating rishbala n mehul n rk fighting for madhu .
