Morning Arnav checked her BP again and called the doctor...Her BP was still slightly on the high side...Doctor Aru came and checked her and ordered her complete bed rest and no tension...
As the doctor was about to leave, Arnavs cell went off and he checked...It was Nani ji...He showed the doctor to the door and took the call...Naniji was worried about Khushi and then he heard his Di screaming from behind...And he asked Nani ji if everything was fine...
Nani...Anjali is very upset that we didnt tell her about Khushi's pregnancy...Manoorma found out last night and they both are angry at us for hiding it...
Arnav...Tell Di not to be upset, ill come by and talk to her...
Arnav went up to check on Khushi and when he was satisfied, he told Dadi and Shanta bai to be by her side till he comes back and he left...
At Raizada House...
Di and Mami were angry and they said..Why didnt you tell us and you think we wouldnt be happy for you?
Arnav was silent. He didnt ans them..He didnt need too...Instead he asked...Has anyone of you said anything to Khushi last night?? Anything that has made her sick?
Di...I just found out today, why would I even talk to your wife...
Mami...I...Why would I say anything...
Naniji...Manoorma, you were the one who told Anjali just now...so, who told you? Did you say anything to Khushi bitya last night to make her sick...I know you Manoorma...So dont you lie...
Arnav was very angry now. He turned towards his Di and said...You and your husband have taught us to mind our own business and so we are...So plz dont mind if we didnt tell anyone...
Then he turned towards Mami ji and demanded...What did you tell Khushi?
Mama ji was standing on the landing listening to everything came down stairs and said...Manoorma...Spill it out...Ans Arnav bitwa...
Mami frightened now that they all were attacking her blurt out...OHh...wooh...I was just being helpful..You know how sad Anjali is after the loss of her baby...Soo... I ...
Nani...Manoorma...what did you tell her???
Mami...I told her that Arnav would give her baby to his Di, if she will ask him...
There was a pin drop silence in the room...Arnav couldnt believe he was hearing this...
Mama ji and Nani were too shocked to utter a word...
Anjali broke the silence and said...Why would I want that child... The minute these words were out of her mouth she regretted it...Arnav looked at her as if his heart broke...He turned around and walked out...
Di ran after him...Chotey...I didnt mean that...plz listen...But it was too late... The damage was already done...She hadnt meant it that way...According to Shyam she was bad news to babies...She sighed...It was all her fault...She had chosen Shyam and now she will have to live with it...
Mama ji looked at Manoorma and then at his mother and said...Im tired of this woman...And he walked out of the house...
Naniji looked both at Anjali and Manoorma and said...I hope you both are happy now...And she went up to her room...
Arnav was very angry. He reached home and babbling ...Khushi...you will never go to Raizada house...Dont you ever ask me to take you there or to call them here...
Dadi came down the stairs and said...Good you came...Khushi
isnt feeling well...Her stomach is hurting a lot. We need to take her to the hospital...
After a few hours Arnav was pacing the floor of the hospital...It was all his fault...He had failed to protect Khushi...Again...Dammit...He banged his fist on the wall...
Amma came and touched his shoulder and said...Arnav bitwa...Why are you punishing yourself? Its not your fault...
Just then the nurse came out of the room and said...The patient is gaining conscious... Arnav ran inside and saw Khushi opening her eyes and smiled...
Arnav caught her hand in his and said...Hey...How are you feeling now...Dont ever scare me like that...
Khushi remembering what had happened and moved her eyes around and saw that she was in the hospital...Everything coming back to her...Worriedly she touched her stomach and looked at Arnav, with questions in her eyes...
Arnav with his other hand covered her hand on the stomach and squeezed it and said...Our baby is fine...Shes a fighter like her mom...I was so worried about you...
Khushi smiled and said...I dont know what happened...
Arnav...Your stomach was hurting a lot and then you fainted...We rushed you to the hospital and you are up now...The doctors were more worried for you... Our baby is fine...
Khushi noticed that he was emphasizing on the word our baby...She asked...Arnav ji...
Arnav...No Khushi...I will never ask you to give OUR baby to anyone...Not even to my Di... No one... Why didnt you tell me what Mami ji had told you? Why were you hiding from me? Dont you trust me?
Khushi lovingly touched his face with her palm, smiled and said...Arnav ji, I trust you and love you very much...If you would have asked me, I would have never refused you...Thats why I was worried... I could never say no to you...But I was just worried...How would I live without our baby?
Arnav...I m very upset with Mami ji...How could she say that? She had no right...
Khushi...Please dont be upset...And just...
Arnav...No, now you listen to me...KKGSR...you will not hide anything from me...And you will do as I say...Anyone who upsets my baby and you, are not welcome in my house...
Khushi tried to protest...but Arnav was adamant...and added...You want to see me happy? Then do as I say...
Khushi smiled and said...I always want to see you happy...My Laad Governor...
Arnav smiled and kissed her on her lips. Khushi knew, with time he will forgive Mami ji and all will be fine... Khushi was released from the hospital and she was fine and healthy.
Arnav moved his business at home and was mostly working from home. This was he could keep his eyes on his wife...and on anyone who came to the house...
And so time just flew by and things were fine with Arnav and Khushi... And strangely his business was also doing good...
Anjali was sulking in her life, she was sad that Arnav was upset with her. Nani was the only means of indirect communication between them...Anjali also feared that if she met Arnav or Khushi, she might end up hurting their baby...According to Shyam, she was a bad omen for babies...she just kept to herself and sulked.
Shyam was still two timing her and robbing everything that he made in the garment factory...Giving very little money for home expenses...And he wasn't happy...cause Arnav was now working from home...Which was causing problems in Shyams dealings...
Mama ji had gone to USA to help Akash. Nani and Mami were living with Anjali and were depended on her and Shyam...Mami finally got tired of Shyam not giving them enough money and went to USA. There she made life hell for Akash and Payal, so Mama ji had no choice but to send her back in three months... Mami was very sad now...Unlike Nani, she couldn't go to Arnav's house. She was stuck with the sad and depressed Anjali and an angry Shyam...
Nani and Dadi, along with the Gupta's were happy and made sure Khushi and Arnav were taken care of properly...
As the baby was growing in Khushi's tummy...So was Khushi...She would look at herself in the mirror and say... Im getting so fat...
Arnav would come and hug her and say...I don't think you are fat...You are the most beautiful pregnant woman in the whole world...
That would make Khushi very happy...
One day she was face timing with Payal and said...But Jiji...i have gone so fat, I cant even see my feet...
Payal had just laughed and said...Khushi, go and stand by your cupboard...Payal knew the cupboard was completely mirrored. Khushi did that and Payal said... Now look down... you can see your feet...
Khushi did and she wiggled her toes and laughed...Just then Arnav walked in and heard everything... He walked towards his love and put his arms around her from behind and held her tight and kissed her on her cheek...All the time looking in her eyes via the mirror...
Khushi blushed and said... Jiji is watching us...
Arnav took the phone from her hand and looked at Payal and said...Good bye Payal...I need to be with my wife now...

It was late in the night...Arnav woke up and found Khushi missing...He jumped from the bed and saw the door to the patio ajar...He walked out and found Khushi pacing the floor...
Arnav...What are you doing here? Are you alright??
Khushi saw Arnav and went and hugged him and said...I want to eat gol gappas...
Arnav sighed...He was enjoying these cravings of hers...They were getting very weird and strange as the time for babys birth was getting nearer...
Arnav...What...Gol gapas at 3 am...Khushi...lets go to bed and try to sleep...
Khushi...NO...no no no... I want to eat gol gapaas now...Plz Arnav ji, cant you do this much for me?
Arnav tightening his arms around her and kissing her cheek said...I can do anything for you and our baby...Now where will I find them at this time...Let me call Aman and ask him...
Khushi was still holding on tightly to him...
Arnav...Khushi...wont ice cream do? Our fridge is full of it...
Khushi shaking her head...No...Only Gol gapaas...bas...
Arnav...OK let me go, Ill call Aman to go and search for them...How about if I make jalebies for you?
Khushi held him tight, her fingers biting in his shoulders...And she said... Arnav ji, cancel all that...we need to go to the doctor...Her hand going to her stomach...Pain hitting her...
Arnav was shocked... What the???
Khushi... Not what the...Doctor...I mean hospital...
And so Arnav had to rush Khushi to the hospital...
