Arjun Shefali and baby reach Ahmadabad and HML invites them to stay at their house instead of the hotel.
Duggu goes in for operation.
Everyone asks Rahul from where he got the money, PakaRam murmurs something in Bhoomi's ear, she tells everyone that Rahul sold his house to get the money.
HML tells Rahul that he cannot accept the money. Rahul tells them that he did this for his own happiness, tells them that he does not need that house, he wants to stay here with all of them, asks Savitri if he is not her son.
Arjun comes to the door, Arjun and Bhoomi stare at each other. Shefali follows with the baby. HML and other welcome Arjun. Baby starts crying, Shefali gets irritated. She says the baby just keeps crying, its gone on Bhoomi. Arjun tells them that they were going to Mt. Abo and the weather is bad so they stopped in Ahmadabad and will stay in a hotel. HML and Savitri tell Arjun to stay at their house and welcome them in. Bhoomi takes the baby from Shefali and the baby stops crying. Arjun thinks it is such a coincidence that whenever Devika picks up the baby it stops crying.

She asks Arjun for help, he just keeps looking at Devika's pic then tells Shefali he is going to get Krishna. (He does not help Shefali open the window).
Bhoomi tells Rahul that Arjun's being here is a challenge for her and not to worry. She tells him to talk to Dr. Chawra about Duggu. Krishna is lying peacefully in her lap. Rahul leaves. Arjun comes in.
Arjun tells Bhoomi he has come to take Krishna, Bhoomi says Krishna is doing fine with her, Arjun sits down near Bhoomi and starts playing with Krishna. Duggu is all packed to go for the operation, he informs his Dadaji he is ready. Arjun comes there and gives Duggu a gift, Duggu tells him this is for 8 yrs old kids, Arjun tells him to play with it when he is 8. Duggu tells Arjun that he will not get to be 8. Bhoomi informs Arjun that Duggu is suffering from Cancer. Arjun is shocked. Bhoomi tells him that Duggus case is little complicated, sometimes death changes lives. Arjun agrees with her and says even my life changed when my ….. before he can complete the sentence, Shefali comes there complaining she does not want to stay in this house. Arjun takes her to the side and asks her to SHUT UP and GO.

The Parekhs meet with the doctor, who informs them that Duggus health is fast going from bad to worse and operation is the only chance which needs to be done immediately. Duggu says he is ready.
Duggu is taken inside the Op. Room, he tells Bhoomi to remain with him, Bhoomi tells him she cant go inside but he should show the doctors he is a brave kid. Duggu is taken inside.
