virat left for office and manvi started thinking what excuse should she make to go out. she didnt want to tell virat anything right now, she needs to consult a doctor first. manvi thought of an excuse and went to kitchen to complete the remaining work.
manvi prepared the lunch and called virat.
virat : haan...
manvi : na hii na hello... ye kya baat hui...???
virat : hiii manvi... you called me sweetheart... kya kaam tha...??
manvi : main aise tumhe phone nahi kar sakti kya...??? koi kaam hoga toh hi kar sakti hoon...
virat : manvi i am busy yaar... koi kaam hai toh bolo...
manvi : yeah... can you pick kasak today..???
virat : why..?? are you going somewhere...??
manvi : yeah... i am going to mom's place... she is not well... i want to see her...
virat : ok you go... dont worry, i will drop kasak home... tell mom to take rest... okk..

manvi : mom i took an appointment with a doctor and i want you to accompany me...

manvi : actually maa i wont be able to... i have asked virat to bring kasak from school. i was wondering if you could handle her for sometime...

manvi reached her house and was reading a filmfare magazine.
manvi : mom... hurry up yaar...

manvi : we are going to a doctor, not to a kitty party or something...

mitali came out and went to the kitchen.
manvi : i dont want to eat anything... mommm
mitali : manvi chill... i made this kheer for you...
manvi : mom iski kya jarurat thi...
mitali : eat it fast now...
manvi : hehe... thank you... you know na how much i love this kheer... and only my masterchef mommy can make it that good...

virat drove as fast as possible and reached almost on time...

virat : maa beti ko irritation badi jaldi hoti hai...
kasak made a face and looked out of a window.
kasak : dad...
virat : are you talking to me...??
kasak : yes... mujhe na woh chig chig chahie...
virat : chig chig...??? what is chig chig...?? (totally confused)
kasak : woh khate hai na chig chig... pink colour wali...
virat : kya khaate hai...??
kasak : wohh uska balloon bhi toh banta hai...
virat : kasak tumko plastic khana hai...???
kasak : plastic nahi... chig chig... mumma ko pta hai...
virat : pta nahi kya kya khilati hai tumko manvi...
kasak : ahhh... (screaming loudly because virat was unable to understand what this poor soul was asking for)
at home
as soon as the car stopped, kasak ran towards the door but alas she was too short to ring the bell, so she shouted.
kasak : mummaa... mummma...
virat : bell bhi hai ghar mein... (ringing the bell)
virat smiled to himself as he again teased kasak.
vanshika opened the door and seeing the smile on virat's face she knew what must have actually happened. but as kasak saw vanshika opening the door, she didnt like it. always it was manvi who used to welcome her back.
kasak : mumma...
kasak ran inside calling manvi as if no one was standing at the door and clearly vanshika didnt liked it but still she smiled as she saw virat looking at her.
vanshika : come inside... why are you standing here...??
virat smiled and came forward and hugged vanshika.
virat : i love you...
vanshika : i love you too...
vanshika loved this gesture of virat and smiled.
while here one mother son duo had a beautiful moment, there little kasak was looking for manvi - first in virman's bedroom, then in her (kasak's) bedroom, and then in the whole house.
back there in the hall...
virat : manvi should have returned by now...
vanshika : cmon virat... this is the not the way...
virat : mom didnt you see how kasak ran inside looking for manvi... she needs manvi the most.
vanshika : so you shouldnt have allowed her to go...
virat : she never asked me... she said she is going... what can i do in that...??

vanshika : kasak... (getting up to go to kasak)
virat : thats what i was scared of...
vanshika and virat went to kasak's room and saw her crying.

kasak : no... (nodding her head in negative) meri mumma kahan hai...?? dad...
virat : kasak my baby stop crying... (picking her up in his arms and smiled at vanshika) mumma kahin nahi gayi... naani house gayi hai...
kasak : naani house...?? mujhe chod ke... mumma mujhse angry hai na...
virat : mumma aapse angry kyun hogi...???
kasak : pta nahi... (wiping her tears with her little palms)
virat took out his handerchief from his pocket and wiped her tears.
vanshika : chalo hum sab lunch karte hain... kasak ki mumma itna tasty food bna kar gayi hai...
kasak : nahi daadi mujhe nahi khana... mumma kyun chali gayi...??
virat : ufff... naani is not well, thats why your mommy went... she must be on her way... mumma aati hi hogi...
kasak : itna time kyun lag raha hai par...??
virat : arrey traffic bhi toh hota hai... udd ke thodi aegi tumhare mumma... koi pari wari hai kya...???
kasak : meri mumma angel hai... beautiful like a fairy...
vanshika signalled virat to bring kasak outside for lunch and she left the room.
virat : itni tareef... where did you learn it from...???
kasak : mumma...
virat : waah re waah... tum aur tumhari poojniye mumma...
kasak : pooja nahi manvi... manvi hai meri mumma...
virat : kyun pooja acchi nahi hai...??

kasak : main mumma ke saath khaungi...

virat : udd nahi uth... she will slap you if she gets angry on you for not having lunch...
kasak : mumma mujhe slap kyun karegi...?? main mumma ke hand se lunch khaati hoon...
virat : aaj papa ke haath se khalo...

mitali : sabr rakho balike...
manvi : kasak must have also reached home by now... meri nanhi si jaan mujhe kitna miss kar rahi hogi... ohh god take care of her...
mitali : mannu... kasak is not going on a war or something... she will be fine...
manvi : no mom she must be missing me... my baby... she isnt used to being alone and that too without me...
mitali : she is not alone manvi... vanshika ji is with her, and rest of the family as well...
manvi : cmon mom...
mitali : dont cmon me manvi... you should make kasak a little independent now... you have to leave her finger and let her walk and stand on her own feet... its high time...
manvi : mom do you realise what you are saying...???
mitali : i very well know what i am saying... i never pampered you the way you pamper kasak although all we had was you...
manvi : you mean that i should love kasak less... seriously...??
mitali : no... i mean make her do her little little things by herself... you cannot run behind her all day and especially not now, when you want to have a baby... how will you handle kasak after you concieve...??
manvi : but the question here is will i be able to have a baby of my own...

virat : ye purple hi hai... (showing kasak the blue top he was holding in his hands)
kasak : no... ye blue hai... purple wala chahie...
virat : arrey meri maa yahan nahi hai...
kasak : mumma ko pta hai... ab main kya pehenu...??
virat : yaar ye blue pehen lo... its very nice...
kasak : no... iske (holding the skirt) saath purple top hota hai...
virat : ohhh god... how does manvi handles you...??
kasak : i dont know...
virat : kasak lunch kar lo baby please... i have to go back also...
kasak : but how can i eat before changing my clothes...
virat : you can do anything... papa ki pari ho aap...
kasak : mumma ko bhej do bhagwaan ji (folding her hands and looking up) dad ko kuch nahi aata...
virat : kya...?? mujhe kuch nahi aata...??? non sense...
kasak : toh fir find karo purple top...
virat : shut up... bahut ho gya yaar... tum toh nachai jaa rahi mujhe... now talk to your mumma only...
kasak made a sad face and crossed her hands against her chest.
virat dialled manvi's mobile but she didnt pick it. he tried again and again and got the same response.
virat : why isnt she picking the call...???
kasak : main phone milao...??
virat : kyun...?? dont tell me you think that i dont know how to dial a number...
kasak : nahi... mumma mera phone pick kar legi...
virat gave his mobile to kasak and she dialled manvi's number.
kasak : bell ho rahi hai... (telling virat who was glaring at her) abhi bhi bell ho rahi hai... phone kharab ho gya kya...??
virat : hawww... mumma ne phone nahi uthaya...
kasak disappointedly gave virat his mobile back and lied on the bed hugging her teddy bear.
scene shifts
manvi : mom i am so relaxed... thank god i decided of seeing a doctor...
mitali : thank god...
manvi : i hope these medicines work... now i am much relieved... and i really hope i have my baby soon...
mitali : you will... see i told you na... everything will be fine...
manvi : hmm... haan meri jagat maata...
manvi took out her mobile from her handbag and saw 5 missed calls from virat.
manvi : 5 missed calls... (manvi took a deep breath)
manvi called virat and started driving towards her place.
virat : ye dekho manvi ka phone... (showing the display of the mobile to kasak who seemed least interested until she heard manvi's name)
kasak : mumma ka phone... (getting up) mujhe do...
virat : ye lo...
kasak picked the call
kasak : mumma... (almost in tears)
manvi : haan mere baccha... meri kasu kaisi hai...??
kasak : mumma come back na... i am missing you... (almost in tears)
manvi : coming baby... mumma aa rahi hai bas...
kasak : hmm...
manvi : accha mere baby ne lunch kia...?? pasta khaya meri kasak ne...??
kasak : nahi... hum saath mein lunch eat karenge... mumma mere purple top bhi nahi mil raha hai...
manvi : baby daadi ko bol do na... papa ko bolo nahi toh...
kasak : papa ko kuch nahi aata... he is not finding...
manvi : aww... just give mumma 10 minutes...
kasak : 10 minutes... pakka...??
manvi : yes... pakka... mumma apne baby ke paas hogi in 10 minutes i promise...
kasak : okk...
manvi : love you mera baccha...
kasak : love you too...
all this while virat was smiling seeing this and thought what would happen to him and kasak without manvi... few hours without manvi were like a struggle, a battle for him... but no worries, manvi will be back to him and his daughter... manvi is the air they breathe and the world they live in...
virat : i love you manvi...
kasak : i love you mujhe kaha tha... (back into the sherni avatar... hands on her hips)
virat : mujhe bhi kaha tha...
kasak : kab...??
virat : 4 saal pehle...
kasak : maine toh nahi suna tha na...
virat : sunna tha... (remembering the first time when manvi confesed her love to him)
kasak : nahi suna tha...
virat : ok ok nahi suna tha... is that cool...??
kasak : cool (showing thumbs up)
