How Elli was right?

Here is a question ke how Elli was right in saying Tanisha has not done anything to anyone on day one of this boxes task. Firstly if she has not done anything like extracting or making them angry to come out of the box, she is not fully taking part in the task. She was just sitting and watching. Maybe she wanted Armaan's team to be in the box for maximum time so that his team wins the task. Any comments here if I am correct...
