SP ~ Sandhya talks about self defense

Sandhya says " Today it is not only important but also necessary to be able to defend yourself from danger. With the rising atrocities against women. it is necessary for us to be capable of defending ourselves. I suggest all women must carry a pepper spray at all times."

"I've noticed in our country women are not encouraged to any kind of sports. There are young girls who at a young age take karate lessons. I think this is a great idea and works wonders for self deference. It also helps builds confidence." says Akshara.

"These our dangerous times. We should teach the young girls in our families to be safe and be able to take care of themselves. If accosted by an eve teaser then it is wise to poke them in the eye or kick them in the shins." says Ratan.
