I don't see Apurva having leadership qualities. He definitely shows patience and maturity. But his tele lene comments and attitude during money making task in house clearly shows his lack of enthusiasm, confidence and commanding power. It would be interesting to see him this week as a captain without his wife Shilpa.
Kamya on the other hand has the least leadership quality in the house. She lacks team spirit and integrity. She comes across as very unreliable and insecure person.
If Tanisha gives up her Armaan obsession and retreat back to her stable, calm and fair self the way she was in first two weeks as captain she can easily become a good leader. However right now she has lost the respect among most housemates and redeeming back to her previous status seems like herculean task.
Gauhar's aggressiveness, enthusiasm and dedication to any task do reveal her as leader. However her rudeness and at times unfair judgments and her fake love story make her bit annoying.
Armaan is too prone to slander, tantrum and bullying. So he is out of the race as leader 😉
Others no comments 😆
Just my opinion on housemates as leaders so far in the game.

Good points...👏
Gauhar is a natural leader...but it would be tough for misplaced men's egos on this side to accept her and her proximity to Kushal would always be viewed with suspicion.
Infact, if one carefully goes through tonight's episode, one has to commend Andy for being bold and exploring with Gauhar the possibility of her breaking away from Tandon. Andy goes on to try hsi shots with a you are my sis, your class is different blah blah...But right now, Gau is Kauvva's!
In all interesting week ahead.😊
PRE-CAPS- fight of Armaan vs the rest might again help these chaps stick to and with one another!
ANy way...Nanga Baba or Pratty will go out this week and then things will start crystallizing faster!😛
I have not watched the episode yet Cruiser. But going by the name of contestants nominated. ..I think its Asifs turn to be eliminated this week.
