If someone has tolerated in all this, that is only Shlok, Avdhoot...ajju was saying as they were discussing about Shlok and Astha... Even after two months of treatment, Astha was not remembering Shlok...

Ajju slapped on Shlok's face.. agar meri beti ko kuch ho gya to...I will kill you... Ajju shouted...it was almost twentieth slap he had gotten from Ajju... but still could not move him from his place...

While Shlok himself was standing like lifeless in the hospital...no tears...no words since last twelve hours... He had told nothing what had happened...just standing in front of operation theatre taking one name... Astha... Astha...

Who is with Miss Astha? Doctor came and asked after an operation of almost ten hours...

On the name of Astha, Shlok immediately looked upward...

Who brought her here? Doctor asked...

Shlok moved forward... Yes, yes doctor. Is she ok?

All gathered around doctor...we have saved her life... but many of her brain's nerves have been pressed due to attack...I am afraid how will she act when she will gain consciousness, if she gets, I hope... and moreover she has been tried to force many times but may be due to first day of her menstrual cycle, they could not succeed.. but has been beaten badly in frustration...

No doctor, nothing can happen to her. Got it? Suddenly Shlok held doctor's collar in anger...

Mr. Agnihotri, please behave yourself... I am telling you my part is over. Operation is successful in saving her life. Remaining may be told only when she gains consciousness...and doctor left from there...

When Astha's parents had too reached there. They all wanted Shlok to leave but he was determined till he doesn't check she is fine, he will not...all were glaring and shouting at him but as if nothing matter for him except Astha... he stood like a pillar there...

When nurse came running outside for doctor... She talked to doctor and doctor to run towards ICU where Astha was lying...they heard her cries, her shouting continuously...they all ran towards ICU... But were not allowed to enter...

Two days had passed but there was no change in Astha's condition...most of the time she was sedated, and whenever she got up, she started shouting and crying.. Doctors even her ayii, baba and Ajju had tried to convince her, but she was neither recognizing anyone, nor listening to anyone...her behavior, her speaking, everything was changed...Shlok was standing outside since last two days as no one was allowing her to enter in the room...

It was night, when Astha's ayii, baba and Ajju were almost dozing outside the ICU while Shlok was still standing there near gate of ICU...when suddenly he heard Astha's cries... before anyone else could go, he ran inside the room. Nurse was trying to control her and was shouting for doctor...

She was about to give her injection again, when Shlok went near ...Astha... Astha. Astha control yourself...

She looked towards Shlok and whispered... Tum?...her cries, shouting toned down a bit. She held Shlok tight... mujhe bacha lo, wo mujhe...(save me, they will...)...she was speaking like a five year kid...

Astha... No one is there.. Shlok held her shoulder... I am here with you only... he caressed her face. She was a bit relaxed but still crying. Shlok moved closer holding her near. Look at me Astha. I am with you. No one will harm you. Ok?

Nahi wo... She looked backward where all doctor and nurses were standing shocked...

No... no one will say you anything ok? Shlok caressed her face...

Wo aunti muhe... She sobbed. Wo aunti mujhe injection lga rhi hain baar baar...(that aunt is injecting me again and again)...

Nahi, ab nahi lagayengi.ok? but you behave normally... Shlok spoke softly...

Par pehle promise kro, tum yahin rhoge mere pass... she spoke (First promise you will be here with me)

Han I promise, main yahin hun...shlok held her taking into a hug... She was relaxed and her cries were stopped...

Doctors were relaxed to while Astha's family was shocked...

Doctor signaled Shlok to give Astha some medicines...

Astha, tum chahti ho na main yhi rhoon? Shlok asked her...(Astha you want me to stay here?)

Astha nodded in yes...

Ok, the take these medicines... Shlok gave her...

She nodded in no...

Ok, to main jaa ha hun(OK, I am leaving) Shlok stood up...

Ok,ok... Astha said and took medicines making childlike faces... while Shlok made sure she take proper medicine... within fifteen minutes, she was sleeping like a kid in Shlok's lap...and Astha's parents were fuming in anger...

As she slept... Shlok freed herself and doctor asked all of them to come outside...

As they came out, Avdhoot held Shlok's collar. What have you done with my daughter? Why is she behaving so differently and how dare you touch her? He shouted... Shlok kept mum... he himself was shocked...

Mr. Kirloskar, please stop this... we need to talk patiently... Doctor spoke, let's go to my cabin...he spoke taking them all including Shlok...

Mr. Shlok, I want to ask you some questions... you brought her here na, when did you get her? Doctor asked...

Infact doctor, I had reached at the place when... and Shlok told him everything .. This was the first time in two days when he was allowed to speak the complete truth, he told them everything...

Doctor nodded while thinking...so this is the problem... infact we were not getting what had happened, if it was memory loss then why was she shouting and crying? Now I got some points... Doctor spoke...

Infact she has Traumatic Brain injury...nerves of one part of her brain has been damaged... that's why she is behaving like a five year kid...she has forgotten almost everything related to her...and her past...

But how does she remember...Shlok... Avdhoot asked giving an angry look to Shlok...

Because he is the last person she had seen before the shock... moreover, he protected her... She is thinking him as her savior while others all look as those criminals to her...

All were shocked on listening... but what is the solution now doctor? Avdhoot asked...

Main solution is brain surgery but there are very less chances of recovery, second is let her live as she is ,we will try with medicines... she may recover if handled with proper care and love...but must importantly as she recognizes Mr. Shlok only, he must be closer to her to keep he relaxed...

No, that's not possible...all shouted...

Shlok was there with astha only for next one month in the hospital tolerating all the hatred of Astha's family...

Astha.ye dekho, ye kaun hain? (Who are these people?) shlok Asked Astha politely indicating towards Astha's parents and Ajju...

Ye? Pta nahi. She smiled...(don't know)

Tumhe ye jane pehchne nahi lg rhe? (don't you think you know them?) ..he paused for a bit...jiase tumhare ayii baba?(like your parents?)

Hahah... She laughed loudly...ye mere ayii baba? Ye to buddhe hain... mere ayii baba to itne sundar hain...(these are old, my parents are beautiful and young)

Shlok scratched his head. They all were trying their best to make her accept Avdhoot and kalindi as her parents but she was rejecting...

Aur ye? He asked for ajju...

Mujhe lagta hai inhe maine kahin dekha hai... (I think I know her) finally se said...

They relaxed a bit when shlok asked her about ajju...

Acha kaun hai ye? (who is she)

Ye to meri ajju jasi dikhti hai...

Ye ajju hi hain. He spoke...

Kya? She was shocked holding her head...doctor had strictly said not to force her for anything...

I mean ye meri ajju hain...shlok handled the matter...

Ok... Astha nodded.to amin bhi inhe ajju kahun? (so I may say her ajju?)

Han... They all smiled a bit...

Lekin hum ghar kab jayenge?(when will we go home?) yhan se to smell ati hai... She held her nose making faces)

Bus do din aur. Shlok spoke... (only two more days)

Lekin mere ayii baba kyon nahi ate? Main roj unhe yaad karti hun. She cried...(where are my ayi baba?)

Astha. Shlok held her closer... wo aa jayenge. Wo khain bahar gye hain... (they are out of station)

Lekin unhe pta hai na, mujhe unki yaad ati hai...she made puppy face...

Thank god she remember shlok..verna kirloskar to shlok ko aastha k paas bhi nahi jane dete...Or wo apne parent's ko find kar rahi hai. ...poor kirlosker...isiliye wo NA or anjali Ko apne aayi baba kehti hai...it was interesting...continue soon yaar
