Not a smart move but he is not thinking clearly and that is where his character is not showing up in a very good light.The case has been filed by the Rajasthan authorities. ..Shiv accepted that as that was how he could nab Jagya right or wrong. He has also clearly mentioned that the honest code of law should be followed and not through cooked up lies... so I sincerely hope that he comes to his senses fast or he will be in trouble if called to the stand.
My personal thinking is that Shiv's power is indeed working here and i also think its only law 's matter it has nothing to do with Rajasthan's state that Rajasthan's Govt will put charges The inspector should simply say its India's law according to which case is being made what Rajasthan's Govt has to do with it? I dont know what cvs want to show but whatever they are showing fingers can easily be pointed at Shiv he is misusing his power here
