March 2nd brief update

-Aish and Sachin do their homework, meanwhile, Kaveri get ready for a party her dad as invited her too. She says her siblings also can join if they want, but they refuse and informs about it to Selvi when she comes home. SHe deicide to lock Kaveri inside her room.

-GJ comes there and make a scene, Selvi ask him to get out. He challenges her that he will do everything to get custody of Kaveri at the court. Selvi ask him to do whatever he can do.

-At outside, Maya ask where Kaveri is and GJ tells her the matter. He wants to call the police but she tops him and asks him to leave the matter to her.

-Pandiyan ask Andavar for the money he promised him. Andavar refuse to give him that and after a verbal fight, Pandiyan says you are not "clean" in your word or at your heart. You should treat your DIL as your own daughter. Maybe that's why your won son has hired them to kill his own father and leaves. Andavar is shocked and can't believe Aamar went so fare.

-Maya has bought Kaveri from her school. She asks how should she call Maya for, Maya ask her to call her for "mummy". GJ don't want to send Kaveri back to Selvi and want to punish her. Maya ask not to do that as they need Kaveri to stay at Selvis house so they can knows what's happening there.

-At Selvis place, everyone is scared as they don't know about Kaver's whereabouts. Suddenly they hear the car and sees Kaveri come home. She ask where she has being, little evil lies and put the blame on her elder siblings for having forgot her. Anyway Selvi don't believe her and slaps her. Little devil falls on the floor and cries. FREEZE

** selvi slaps kaveri and she falls to the floor..
cellphone rings..
selvi takes the cellphone from lunchbox and sees "APPA CALLING'..gets angry and throws it and breaks the phone..
she shouts at everyone to leave kaveri crying and not console whatsoever..
everyone leaves.. selvi sits and watches kaveri cry..she weeps too..

but the good thing is when she shouts at the kutty pisasu..she literally got all the words i had in mind abt that devil..
selvi spoke my mind at that scene abt kaveri..

** andavar heads home and silent quarrel between malar and andhavar takes place..
when he points at her at one stage, malar cries out loud and amar comes out
she says that andhavar is strangling her and killing her because she was not meant for him or his son..
andhavar pleads amar that his finger did not even touch malar..
amar denies and swares that he has no longer a father..
andhavar gets upset and makes up a stern decision that hereafter he too doesnt have a son and leaves challenging amar..
** selvi heads to the police station and talks to the police regarding the arrest of sathya and to take care of him
police says he has been watching sathya and is cooperating so far by not hiding out so we will surely take care of him..
they head home to sathya and arrest him

Mar 6, 2007 - Tuesday updt

Nagu talks to Sathya and asks what possessed him to kill Bala and Sathya says he regrets it now and is already paying for it. Nagu says I am being linient because u r related to Selvi and as I feel that she is related to me, all of her relatives are mine too.Sathya then says he has lost manything, a good family life, nimmadhi, his son's earlier life, and now his blindness and also 4.5 lakhs as blackmail to Adhi.
Nagu brings in Adhi and beats him to tell the truth. Adhi says it was only 4.4 L and not 4.5 as Sathya claims. He is also thrown in the same cell as Sathya and he gloats that being beaten up is not something new. and just then the new SI comes in and calls adhi out and Sathya sneers at his earlier statement.

Kaveri is all dressed up to go to school when Selvi lays down a 144. no school for you anymore. only Koluk and Moluk can go..RTM and yogi try to interfere, stating that she is playing with the kid's education and RTM says that is the biggest sothu Selvi can give to her kid (yeah right lady, when you have milked all other tangible properties in your kids' names). Yogi says he will instruct the school folks not to send Kaveri with anyone else. but Selvi says she knows how best to bring up her kid and no can do. Kaveri will not go...and she is not prepared to lose her kid to those greedy folks. they have already spoiled her mind and God knows what else they will do. all this time Kaveri gives a defiant look and has an insouciant attitude. Selvi is enraged by this and sends her inside.

Kaveri goes inside the bedroom, closes the door from inside and calls up GJ. He says he will take care of things and calls up Maya and when both of them are deliberating and GJ wants to move the pending court case, they hear NT's voice from down below. GJ and Maya are startled at the appearance of NT and Rudra. NT says they will take care of the Selvi matter. Maya said she would take care and what happened? all she could do was go to selvi's place and yell at her. Whereas their reach is long and they will bring all to an end. NT forces GJ to sign for the new agreement..a 100 Crore project. GJ refuses and says a gentlemen's agreement is good enough and no paper documents are needed but NT insists and says they need a front end operator with a good name. GJ says already his name is bad and then GJ says start it in Maya's name. Maya backs a hasty retreat and says she just now got out of jail and so no. Maya then drags GJ inside and says nothing will happen. this is big money so let us do it. GJ reluctantly signs.
i think that is it..I dont remember anything esle beyond this. if there was something else, someone pl. add to this.

march 7th update

RUDHRA CALLS SELVI AND THREATENS HER TO TAKE BACK THE VISARANAI ELSE CHILDREN WOULD NOT BE BACK
** BEFORE THAT SELVI CALLS GJ AND ASKS FOR HER CHILDREN BACK THINKING HE TOOK THEM
GJ IS EQUALLY SHOCKED AS SELVI
WHEN HE TELLS MAYA ABT THIS MAYA IS NOT SHOCKED AT ALL BUT JUST SAYS IT HIS FAULT FOR NOT HAVING THE KIDS WITH HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE

Episode 46 - Thurs 8th:
GJ marches over to that rocky campsite place where NT and Ruthra are. NT tells him that he has the kids and he wont give them back until selvi withdraws the complaint. GJ is upset but he cant do anything. NT says dont get involved, just convince her to do that. GJ and Ruthra give each other evil looks again (GJ is definitely scared of her..she looks like she would eat him) and he walks off.
NT asks her where the kids are. She says they are at our old place and with some people. NT says, we will move their location tomorrow.

GJ phones selvi and says that the kids are with dangerous people and for their sake, please withdraw the complaint. She gets distressed but she doesnt tell her moodivu.

Chellapillai talks to Pandiyan. He says did you see Selvi's face..all that pain and loneliness written on it? Pandiyan says yes and relishes it. But CP says, look at what she has done for your family. Now your daughter and wife have an aamblai thunai in the house. She has actually saved them. Why dont we help her and get the kids back...why cant we do one good thing in our lives?He get's quite sentimental and it does seem to have an effect on Pandiyan.

Ruthra phones Selvi and tells her to withdraw the case or her kids will come back as parcels.

Pandiyan tells CP that he wants to save the kids as pillai paasam is all the same. CP tells him about NT and Ruthra. He says our very own person(called praba) has kidnapped them so they know where the kids are. They go to get them. When that praba sees someone, he picks up a stick to hit them, but he realises its Pandiyan and freezes.

Episode 47 - 9th march:
Ruthra and NT look in anger as they find out that the kids are missing. They go to the place where the men who were looking after the kids (pandiyan's men) are and NT, out of anger, shoots all four of them. He then calls GJ up to come over.

RTM tells Selvi to give in to Ruthra. Selvi says no, as that would ruin Thamarai's reputation. Just then, the kids come running to her. She hugs them and cries, asking who bought them in. She goes outside and Pandiyan is standing there with CP. He says I cant even believe that I have done something good. I was so angry that i talked to you like that before. But CP made me realise what paasam is. You gave life to my daughter. I kidnapped Kaveri before, I feel that giving your kids back to you is a way of paying for that. I feel so happy after doing one thing, imagine how I would feel if I did lots of good things, but I cant because of my tholil. But from now on, I will not stand in your way, and I will be on your side. Selvi thanks him and with that speech, he walks off.

NT asks GJ who Pandiyan is. GJ tells him that he is a rowdy and a killer. He sees the men that NT shot and asks what happened. NT tells him and GJ shouts saying you told me that the kids would be safe, now Pandiyan may do anything with those kids. NT suggests that he may have given them back to Selvi, which GJ disagrees with, saying that those two are enemies. NT says, whatever reason he took those kids away for, he crossed me. I will make sure he is killed, and if Selvi is involved, then her as well.

While the kids are sleeping on her lap, Selvi is having flashbacks of GJ separating Kaveri from her, her slapping Kaveri, etc. In the morning, RTM, Yogi and Mahi are looking for Selvi and the kids everywhere, but they have disappeared. Prabanjan comes in and asks where she is as he's been trying to call and her mobile is switched off. Then Selvi comes in on her own. RTM asks her where she went and where the kids are. Selvi says that they are in a safe place now. Everyone is using them to get to me. RTM says, whatever they have, they will need their mother, but Selvi says that this is the best thing for their future. RTM asks where they are but Selvi wont tell anyone. She will visit them from time to time, but no one else needs to know where they are. She said what upsets her the most is that Kaveri wasnt even upset to leave her, she was more upset that she didnt get to see GJ and 'mummy Maya'. Selvi cries and Latha hugs her and cries with her.

Mar 13, 2007 – Tuesday updt

Summons for Selvi to appear before the EC (enquiry commission). Yogi informs Selvi that now that she is better, the presiding officer feels that certain doubts can be cleared and questions answered if only Selvi comes in person and she goes.

Pandian and CP come to meet Amar and ask if he is serious abt finishing Andavan and he says yes, of course…why haven't you guys already done that? Pandian says now that your dad has taken all your money, how will you pay us? Amar says he has enough of his own to pay Pandian more if necessary, just do the job. Pandian and CP leave.

Next scene – EC office..Judge KK is reading something when Selvi enters and addresses him.. (no, not as appa but sir) He looks up and the camera does some tricks to zoom in and out of his eyes…to show shock. Both he and we reel with the effect.

STA's (senthamizharasi) face fades out and in his vision….and he looks at Selvi and inward at STA's face. He gets up, wipes his glasses (no, not coz of a spraying selvi – she stands far away…) and then asks her which city she is from. Selvi expresses surprise that folks generally ask first for the name..but he says he already knows it. She says why is that pertinent? And he continues to ask her abt her parents.
S – why are you asking me these Q? are they necessary for this enquiry?
KK – your job is to answer all Q. we decide what to ask and you have to answer. You never know when we may need or use these details. Un kadan badhil solli iruppadhE.
S – ok, then shoot the Q.
K – again, what is your mom's name?
S – silent
K – do u know it?
S – yes, but I don't want to say it.
K – but you said your parents names were yogeshwaran and thangam.
S – yes, they brought me up
K – who is your dad?
S – don't know.
K – shock.
Now KK runs outside as though he has morning sickness..out to the balcony and bangs his head and hands on the wall. His cell phone chirps and he pulls it out and sees Yogi standing in the lawn, talking to one of the officers. He recalls Yogi trying to meet STA in Rameshwaram and guards restraining him and STA asking them to stop; yogi turning and saying, ma'am I have something of yours that I have to return.

KK comes in and asks Selvi where she was from.
S – colombo
KK – then when did u come to chennai?
S – a few years back.
KK – why?
S – coz all was lost in Colombo and we came here to survive.
KK – what business did u do there?
S – jewellery kadai.
KK – what happened to it?
S – my dad's friend did nambikkai dhrOgam.

KK nods his head and then asks if Selvi was aware of Thamarai's drug company. Selvi says no, she was aware of it only after she took her daughter to the hospital. And even then, she didn't suspect Thamarai. But she says GJ is the brain behind it and he framed Lotus. She says that they had been friends from a very young age and if so, why did you marry her husband, asks KK. Selvi says she thought it was circumstantial but then came to know that everything was masterminded by GJ. And she was blinded by her affection for Koluk and Moluk.
Now, KK fumes that this was cheating and nambinavangaLai mOsam seiyaradhu..and things will come out one fine day. And did selvi break the news to Lotus once she was out of coma? Selvis says no, due to health reasons, she did not. Again, cheating, screams KK. He is talking abt what STA did to him…in tangent. KK taunts her saying that did Selvi think she did thyaagam – her life to bring up Lotus's kids? Selvi is silent. Selvi says Lotus finally understood but then she was no more.

Now he asks abt her obvious bandaid in her neck. And she says it happened in ramehswaram and that she was there to do Lotus's last rites from Jan 3 until 15th. Another shock to KK. Goes in flashback mode. STA saying she went to dhanushkodi, appearing distract, he commenting that she has changed since her visit, STA talking abt her friend's plight with a childhood affair gone sour, a supposedly dead kid resurrecting again; and the need to return to mumbai, leaving all this.
KK fumes in despair and anger and poor Selvi takes the brunt.
He asks about Maya and she says she intends to marry GJ but since Lotus requested that they should not, Selvi will see to it that it doesn't happen.
