It was real terror with the heavy rain and winds howling like anything at night of 12th oct but thankfully we are safe now all thanks to our CM naveen pattnaik the relief teams ndrf teams! Precautionary measures reduced to loss of human life to greater extent as compared to 1999 cyclone! However 23 deaths n paddy crops worth rs 1500 crore were damaged hopefully the people in emergency shelter rehabilitate soon n return their lives to normalcy! It was so fearsome to hear the dashing of waves of the sea to the nearby hotels in Puri... 12th oct still a nightmare... All we do now is pray Lord jagannath thanking for keeping us alive!
