It is not important for me whether Jagya is punished or not. This time he wont be punished most probably as the case is weak.

What is bothering me is the stand taken by anandi. She wants everything to be adjusted peacefully within the family. How is it possible when they are facing humiliation and trauma? They maybe wrong but she cannot just say I understand. She is married and her first and last priority should be shekhars, not singhs. Is it not she treated her original parents that way?

On the otherhand Shiv took a stand knowing that the case is weak and also many repercussions.

Anandi used to have her way till now by emotionally blackmailing the singhs and her parents. Now she could not do that with Shiv. I am so happy about this development.

Though I supported anandi many times, my support is not unconditional. Her social dramas looked like fake to me. She had the biggest challenge sitting at home in the form of dadisa and she had no guts to take her on.

As for ganga, I always have this feeling about her being impulsive except when she was jailed.
At that time she handled herself so well. and now why should she run to the house which detests her very presence. Haveli people are so famous and she could have sent anyone to inform them.

well said leaves...even i like the fact that shiv told anandi directly that for now he is not the shiv who would listen to you and free jagya from his punishments...i actually like the thing that is using his own mind and not falling for anandi's emotional blackmail...for me it's not only that anandi herself feels that shekhars are her first priority but also because i am very irritated with what she said to shiv to convince him...no one likes to go to jail whether guilty or innocent...but we have to keep our fingers crossed to hope that shiv will retain his own independent thinking even after this drama...i mean if truth comes out he will know that somewhere or the other anandi was right about saanchi so he may become anandi's fan and will do nothing but his jaap...CVs knows very well how to bring out two extreme ends of a character and i fear that's will happen...i am sick of everyone praising anandi's emotional stupidity...and now about her social work i am not seriously looking forward to her large lectures because they really are very biased and fake

CVs are very biased towards anandi and they always want to prove that she is right. For this they dont mind butchering a good character like Shiv. I liked Shiv from the beginning and I disliked him only when he could not control his sister who wanted to beat and push.

i just want anandi stand for truth like in basant narayan case .anandi faced anger of basant gehna at that time but later basant gehna realize their mistake .anandi may face anger of shiv and ira if anandi speak complete truth about sanchi in court but later she will be supported by her in laws especially by shiv

And Shiv maybe doing this to appease Ira and when they lose the case, Ira herself will realise her folly. Whatever shiv may say against going ahead will fall on deaf ears.

Ira is supposed to be educated and she does not know that suicide is punishable. Laughable.

the case is definitely weak against jagya but still valid as sanchi has attempted suicide, jagya will be out & shekhars will realize that their daughter was at fault eventually.

my concern has always been with anandi's marital commitment in ANSH relationship...& i was sad to finally hear shiv say that he just wants to be a son & brother right now.. ..that he doesn't see any truth in anandi's arguments... he is drifting away from anandi...& anandi allowed him to do so ! i wanted to see these 2 strong characters together fighting it out...but this whole track is to create differences between ANSH !

what are CVs trying to say...anandi can never free herself from jagya ! she will put at stake her husband's happiness & a beautiful marriage to prove jagya was right ! ..and no body but sanchi knows that it was a fake suicide attempt ! anandi fighting for such a truth at this juncture , is this worth the price she would have to pay for her own happiness ? even though sanchi's intentions were dishonest always...but it is a fact that jagya has used her indirectly to get clarity on his own thoughts & feelings.

ira know that sucide act is punishable by law that is why she said to sanchi sucide ka mamla hai to case to banta hai pur tum himmat se kaam lena .

btw suppose court give punshiment to sanchi for attempting sucide .what wil ira say to court that ise bacchi samajh kur maaf kur dijiye

Then why Ira expressed surprise and dismay when Shiv said that sanchi will be punished?

i cannot comment about this because i have not watch this episode
