The morning ray filled the apartment with its bright light, the leaves twirled around the room. All the furniture were almost gone and shifted the flat was deserted just the two loved birds in embrace of each other. The previous night getting nostalgic about leaving this flat that holds so many marriage memories ended to make love to each other for the last time in the flat. The morning ray awoke him as he looked around but his beloved wife was nowhere to be found finally the quest ended on the bathroom. He watched her overthrow, as she got herself washed again she looked at him helplessly and said

MANYATA: I am not feeling well uday, since many days those scamps in my stomach have increased and now I have even started to over throw too

UDAY: yes I too indeed noticed a change in your appearance too

MANYATA: and what is it?

UDAY: last night while making love to you I realized that your blossoms have become fuller

Her face went red with anger as she chased behind him screaming out

MANYATA: halkat vede you only think of all those right

The chase would have continued if she did not have to stop for overthrowing herself all over again. UDAY: what happened to her? Is she ok?

RAJDEEP: As your wife is pregnant yes uday you are going to be a dad and manyata is soon going to be a mother

Uday stood rooted to his place for some time and then when he came out of his shock he started to jump out of excitement. His happiness knew no bounds he almost went rushing to the whole hospital announcing the happy news; rajdeep wiped a lone tear and said

RAJDEEP: I have no right to depart such a lovely family and in love the biggest thing is sacrificing

Saying this he headed out of the hospital as uday went to manyata cabin

AFTER 3 YEARS

The house was filled with the laughter and cry of the new born, he had his eyes in the color of his father and all the other appearance belonged to his mother who carried him proudly in her arms while he sniffed taking his first steps inside the house. He was adored by the entire family member, as he was named Anuragh

by DS. Uday took him into his arms but the little baby cried aloud and feeling dejected he had to give back to his mother lap as he was teased by his wife

MANYATA: Uday why is it so that all the baby are so scared of you, remember even Myra took whole three months to recognize you as her father

AKASH: and this is your nephew maybe he will take an year to recognize you as your uncle

They all burst into laughter as Uday gave the reply

UDAY: so what if they do not recognize me now but once they are grown up I become their favorite and that why my daughter does not like to spend her time with her mother as she too knows by now that her dad the best

MANYATA: that is just because you bribe her with toys and chocolate

JAI: dada even if she likes her dad more but the reality is her dad will always be more fond of the mother isn't that so

There cheek blushed as they all smiled the baby along with his parents were taken to the room. All the other dispersed as manyata too moved to go but she was back hugged by uday as he rubbed his cheek against her and said in a demanding tone

UDAY: jai is right no matter what for me you are my favorite.

He placed a peck on her cheek as she turned towards him she encircled her arms and leaned to kiss him, he closed his eyes but the kiss did not happen. Being anxious he opened his eyes to find her standing in a safe distance from him as he looked back to see their little daughter making her way into the house, her little lacy pink grown covered with mud and so was her face. her princess crown is titled and the pony tied on her hair by her mom is all messed up

She runs and scoops her head into her parents embrace as manyata and uday kneels to her height and ask

UDAY: Princess how did you get so dirty

While manyata wiped the mud from her face she said trying to sound authorized but it ended up being funny

MYRA: I was galdeing [gardening] and so I gat [got] coveled [covered] with mud

After being cleaned manyata placed a kiss on her forehead and said

MANYATA: ok bacha now go to bathroom mumma will give you a shower

She kissed her mother cheek and said

MYRA: myra loves you mumma

While she ran to her room manyata said back

MANAYATA: Mumma loves you too

She moved towards the room as uday pinned her to the wall and said with a cute smirk

UDAY; papa also wants a shower after all papa loves you more

Her words were stopped by his lips as they got drowned in their lips lock.
