Myra thought ,should tell you about Paithani saree, Its from Maharashtra
Known the world over as a poem hand woven in silk and gold, Paithani Sarees are for those with discerning and refined taste. The art of weaving Paithani flourished in 200B.C., during Satvahana era. since then Paithani is coveted in India as a precious heirloom passing on from generation to generation. Exquisite silk from Paithani was exported to many countries and was traded in return for gold and precious stones. Shear dedication and the faith of the weavers has kept alive Paithani silk work for more than 2000years. Real Paithani is hand woven pure silk and gold/silver

Intricate designs on pallu and border is a specialty of Paithani Sarees. Motifs on pallu are generally peacock, lotus, mango and other designs taken form Ajanta Caves. Traditional creative artistry and pain staking workmanship combine to form this unique cloth. Paithani Sarees can take between 2 months to years to manufacture, depending on border and pallu design and costs from Rs.6000/- to Rs.500,000

Wish CVs has shown the real one when Astha was covered with saree while sleeping . That saree was really cheap with emb. and all and Shalok was talking of class and standard . His family is traditional .

He better do something with it:) great post btw, Astha is his prize doll and he is willing to go to any extent to claim it. Loved the contrast in shlok's behavior yesterday and today. Quick transformation from a obsessed lover to a shareef baccha .

Thank you for liking the post! I think he kept the earring in his left pocket, near his heart.. so its safe..hopefully cvs wont forget abt it!

Angie, good to see you back! This thread is incomplete without your analysis!
I like to think of my post as a pencil sketch of the epi then you and Misti go into deep and draw even the slightest lines of the characters..and with other friends who comment and analyse here give the finall touch and we paint the full picture of ever episode !! So thank you and everyone for being a part of this 😃

Coming to ur comments.. i like that they slowly show flaws too in kirloskar familly, coz at first they were presented as picture perfect familly!

Sojal and chacha are the normal people in agni familly! Their interaction with the rest alwsys brings a smile! Yes, sojal is one of the best dressed side characters i saw in serials so far..her saris are alwsys simple but elegant..she has both nice taste and class! I too wish they dress ashta like that!

Couldnt agree more, shrenu has improved big time and Avinash has been incredible so far..infact i think it suits him perfectly this dark anti-hero type of char!

Yayyy Jai is back. Veeru was feeling a bit lonely.🤗

Waseem is doing a tremendous job with the direction. He is empahasising on Shrenu's strengths and the effects are visible on the screen. Regarding Avinash, the last weeks episodes were making me so nostalgic that today I went for a trip down my memory lane. His portrayal of Shlok is just fantastic.

Myra, you are becoming poetic.😃 But thanks for the compliment. I missed coming to the forum especially when the episodes were so good. I did manage to watch them in the night and did read some of your threads, but did not have energy to participate. But reading this thread was one way of unwinding down after a long day.
Coming to ur comments.. i like that they slowly show flaws too in kirloskar familly, coz at first they were presented as picture perfect familly!. Yes, even though Kirloskar family is shown as quite open, liberal and openly loving in contrast to Agnihotri family, they are not shown flawless. Also despite the dark characters of Agnihotri family, there are deep ties too. I liked the way they showed a bond between brothers this week. When Astha's family came for Puja, Shlok was standing casually with his elbow on Varad's shoulder. So despite not exchanging a word, they showed the friendship and warmth between brothers. So it is refreshing to see this kind of layers in each major character.

I understood the first saree part because that kind of sarees (dark green or maroon or red, pure silk, embroidered border) are offered to Devi. But they could have shown a better saree that Shlok gifted later on. Sojal and for that matter even Anjali are not decked up like serial bahus. But Shrenu is quite petite. So heavy sarees do not work for her. The simple elegant sarees (maybe chiffon with pale colors) would suit her more. Hopefully they will give her sarees that suit her frame and skin tone later on. So far everyone here is shown being dressed immaculately without typical exaggeration of TV bahus who dress in gaudy dresses and loud jewelry.

Couldnt agree more, shrenu has improved big time and Avinash has been incredible so far..infact i think it suits him perfectly this dark anti-hero type of char!
I think Shrenu has improved ever since Waseem came as he has toned down the bubbly part where Shrenu was weakest and has given her more emotional scenes which seems to be her forte. Avinash of course always suited Shlok's character, as he is really a very good actor. I am glad that he is getting to show a range that he never had opportunity to do properly in latter parts of CB2, where he was marginalized so much.
