Hi everyone!!! Surprised to see me... I am sorry for not being able to update much earlier.and I wont be able to update anytime soon, my next update would be in December, so a long update of this ss.
Chapter 24
Manyata could not sleep that night. Dev had not called her yet. She twisted and turned, trying to find the perfect spot to fall asleep. She kept glancing at her bedside clock. Time was racing-

it was when her phone beeped indicating that she had recieved a message.
She excitedly took the phone and opened it to find a message from dev . It read
"ARE YOU AWAKE?"
she quickly typed and send her reply.
"YES, VERY MUCH AWAKE"
A Second later her phone rang.
It was dev
she answered the call but did not say anything.
D: princess, say something na?
M: i am not talking to you.
D: but why darling? What did i do? This evening when you left you weren't so angry. Rather you looked very pleased.
M: (blushing red) Dev, stop pulling my leg. Why did you not call me earlier? Do you have any idea how long i was waiting for your call? Now you dont love. What people say is true.
D: princess, i really was very busy. After you left i had to feed tommy. Then i had to play with him. Did you know he liked your jute bag so much. He has chewed half of it.
M: what! My bag! How could you give him my bag!
D: cool princess.
D: princess, are we going to fight all night over tommy?
M: what else can we do? There is nothing else to do na
D: i could come over to Devgarh. Then maybe we could have other things to do( he said romantically) How about this idea?
M: what! No, dont come now. Its too late. And what will people think if they spot you? I dont know what would happen then.
D: if they spot me then...
It was silence. Dev could not complete what he was saying. Manyata checked her phone and cried "****" out in frustration.
There was no network in her phone. She switched off her phone and agaim switched it on. No change. She threw her phone away in anger, and went to bed.

Manyta's sleep was disturbed when she found she felt a kissing sensation on her lips, she thought that she was dreaming, but it continued, her lower lip was being sucked and then she felt a sharp pain of a bite, she shot opened her eyes.
Ishaan smiled at her and said: wow!! So the tale of sleeping beauty is true na? a prince really did wake his princess from her sleep.(he chuckled)
M: what are you doing here dev? How did you come here? I told you not to come na?
D: chill princess, it's not a big mistake na for me to come here.
M: but still you know na, what if you- know - who' see? Dev what about that?
D: let her, and the while world see, I am ready to face anything.
M: we will see how brave you are..
D: are you questioning my bravery?'
M: no I wont dare too (sarcastically)
D: (raising his eyebrows) is there a bit of sarcasm in that tone?
M: no, of course not.
D: I know how to cure that. He pulled manyta to him and hugged her, her hands rested on his chest. There were so close to one another.
D: between princess ..(ishaan asked manyta as he kissed her left hand on her ring finger. The wedding ring uday had put on her finger was there)
Manyta who was enjoying his touches gave out a sexy moan " ummm"
D: what would uday do if he finds that his wife is cheating on him? I mean can you face his anger then?
M: dev, don't worry about that, he would never ever find about it.
D: what if I tell him "mr udayveer singh, I Ishaan dhirendra is the proud lover of your wife, she is such a hot property, i just love her, wonder if you ever knew how your wife was in bed (winks)"
M: I will kill you with my bare hands, IF YOU EVER TELL HIM
She sits on his lap and acts like she was about to strangle him. ishaan acts like he was suffocated and chokes. Manyta playfully hits his chest. They were about to go further when there was a knock on the door
M: OH GOD!!!!!, dev hide somewhere, please!!! Hide under the bed na please...
D: I wont, why should i? am I a coward? Go open the door princess.
Manyata pleaded: dev, please!!!
D: mrs singh, Go OPEN THE DOOR THIS VERY INSTANT...
Manyta took slow steps to the door, she turned back and pleaded again, ishaan looked stern
Manyta finally opened the door

The colour of blood always gave him such a great thrill... the feel of warm blood as it flowed on his hands made feel highly delighted. It made him so much power that it made him god!!!
YES HE WAS GOD!!! GOD HAD CREATED HIM WITH A SPECIFIC REASON. TO HELP HIM . to kill , na rather take away other's life... the pleasures it brought him, wow!! Just indescribable !!!!
But was he like this some years back? NOOO!!! He would make sure that who ever made his ife so would suffer, that too badly!!!! Those 2 would die... one at a time!!! And then he would find peace,,,

"Manyta , what took you so long to open the door? And who were you talking to at this hour?" asked komal, who was looking at manyta sternly. Manyta tried her best to shield the doo rfrom her mother's view, but her mother spotted someone in her room, she pushed the door and came inside. Manyta bit her tongue not knowing what to do and looked at ishaan, ishaan did not seem bothered.
K: (surprised) uday beta, what are you doing here? I mean, when did you come here?
Uday (yes!!!!!!! the great udayveer singh) got up from the bed and touched her feet. Komal blessed him.
U: komal aunty, I was missing manyta, so I came here, you wanted her here today na, so I cant come to call her too. So the only option was to be at the place where my wife is na?
K: how did you reach manyta's room , uday?
U: aunty, I climbed the balcony via the pipes, and came in...
K: but beta, you could have come through the front door na?
U: just wanted to surprise manyta, that's why, moreover it was around 1 when I came here. So I did not want to disturb anyone of you ...
K: uday beta next time both of you better come together, I can see you both can't stay a second away from each other . Manyta was also gloomy tonight, she barely ate her food tonight and she said she was having stomach pains. So you were lying to your mother, eh? (asked komal)
M: ma.. wo..
K: its ok beta, both of you go to sleep ,its late already
Komal leaves them. Manyta closes the door and comes to the bed and pushed uday on the bed
M; mr udayveer singh! You are such a spoil sport, you know!!! I was getting in the mood when you decide to act like stubborn fool. You spoiled my mood tonight, go home , I am not talking to you
Uday got from the bed and folded his legs and said : princess, I know how much you like to do role play, that's why I became my wife's lover, ishaan direndra, but the thought to hide in one's own wife's room is so STUPID.
M: but it would have being fun if you hid under the bed. That thrill!!! Just imagine if it was jai, what would you do? What about our plans.. you are so high headed dev.
U: princess, you worry so much, sometimes I feel you love to romance with ishaan more than me...
M: both of them are same and mine too, so what's the big problem, dev?
U: princess, role play is good, but sometimes don't we need to be ourselves too- just uday and manyta, married and bonded under sacred matrimony?
Manyta playfully hit his chest and said, m: so who is this speaking, my lover or my husband?
U: its your husband udayveer singh... and its your lover too
Uday then pulled manyta to him, she landed on his chest and that night was blissful for both of them
Flashback
The scene changes to the place where manyta and jai was talking just after the day of manveer's marriage. She was telling manyta to hold her head high and not compromise anything for the sake of her marriage
J: go manu, remember what I told you.
As manyta left the room, jai looked happy, she had planted the seeds of poison in her heart. Now she just need needed to water it up, then she needed to get uday in her pocket, she had a plan for that
She said to herself :" so manyta, I wont allow you to live with uday in peace, I will make sure I destroy this marriage, uday is mine, manyta you have stolen a lot of things that was mine, so its pay back time, you will dance to my tunes, and she laughed evilly
She went to her cupboard and took a diary like book, and held it fondly to her chest. She said mama, I am close my goal, whatever I have done is for you, I know you are pleased with me. She took out a pen and began writing
Jai thought what she had said would remain only with her, but how wrong she was!!!
Uday was passing by her room and he heard this."manyta I wont allow you to live with uday in peace" this dialogue rooted uday in that spot. " what is all this ?" he wondered. He peeped in the room and saw jai taking a diary and writing something uday was sure that whatever was in the diary would give him a better idea of what jai meant earlier. Uday waited for jai to leave the room and then entered jai's room like a cat. He quickly opened her cupboard and searched for the diary, careful not to disturb the clothes inside, he grabbed the diary. Closed the cupboard and returned the key to its original place .
Uday quickly went to his room and began to read the diary
The words on the first page shocked him to the core, written in blood was
"I HATE YOU MANYTA, YOUR DESTRUCTION IS MY LIFE'S AIM" .
Uday then went through the remaining pages and then he knew the truth. jai was a manipulator and manyata was puppet in her hands. All this while, he doubted his wife, while actually her actions were just a result of jai's talk. He needed to show the diary to manyta. She needed to know the truth. uday searched for manyta and found that she was with komal aunty. He went over there and said
U: aunty, do you mind if I could talk to manyta for a few minutes?
K: sure beta, why would I mind, manyta you can leave now, I will do the rest on my own.
M: are you sure ma?
K: yes
As they were out of earshot distance from komal, manyta asked sternly, m: what do you have to say uday?
U: just come to our room, you will know then.
M: I am not coming anywhere with you, bw, its not OUR room, but MY room,
U: whatever it is, just come
M: I refuse.(folding her hands and looking stubbornly)
Uday just could not wait any longer, he scooped manyta in his hands walked to their room. Manyta kept hitting uday but uday did not put her down, once they reached the room uday dumped manyta on the bed, and started moving towards here, and this action made manyta's eyes widen with shock.
M:wh..what are .. u.. doing...
U: what should I do? (understanding what his actions felt like to manyta) yuck!!! I did not mean what you think. (he takes the diary and hands it over to manyta)
M: what is this?
U:read it
Manyta took the book and flipped over the pages. The first page made her shiver. there was silence for many minutes as manyta went through the content of the diary.The only words she could say was "jai..how... but... sister... no..." she was in a total shock.
Uday came and sat next to manyta and placed his hand over her shoulder, she turned and hugged uday. Tears started to flow from her eyes... "how could she do this to me? (sob, sob)I am her sister na. why does she hate me so much.. what did I do to her"
Uday hugged her in a comforting manner. "Its ok manyta, I just wanted you to know the truth"
Manyta clutched uday's shirt and cried" i.. am... so sorry uday... so sorry... iam ..such a fool... please forgive me... please...
Uday hugged her close and said" its ok darling, even I am to blame, I never tried to understand you."
M: uday, I wish I could get even with her for making my life miserable, but I don't know how...
U: I know how...let her achieve what she wants. Let her separate us... is it not her life's aim?
M: uday !!! what are you saying. Are you lost your sense? If we do, then what revenge would we get, other than self destruction?
U: princess, I meant we act the way she wants?
M: what did you just call me?(happiness evident in her voice)
U:(confused)why? I called you princess. If you don't like I wont call you again...
M: na, call me princess only. You used to call me princess, when we were young. It just feels wonderful to hear it again from you!!!you are really the udayveer I waited my whole life with. I Love you uday. I really love you...
U:princess, now don't get emotional, we have got to plan a lot ..
Manyta wipes her tears and smiles at uday
Later that night
That evening jai saw uday sitting alone and went to join him.
J: hi
U: hi jai, how are you. (here comes the witch, thought uday)
J: iam fine uday, just came to ask you a small favour
U: what is it?
J: uday you know, I want to work , manu has already offered me a place in devgarh groups, but the people there know who I am so they would be very good to me, I wont know who is really good or not,and I dont want special treatment too. so could you give me a job in your company, the people there wont know who iam and I can work as any ordinary person?
U: ok, jai. I cant say no na, tomorrow you can go meet mr shanker, he will place you in a suitable department
J: thanks uday
And she kissed him on his cheeks and ran away embarrassed from there. uday just blushed hard.(actually uday was boiling with anger seeing her bold attempt, but he just managed to smile.
Manyta who was watching this scene was fuming. She went and sat next to uday and said angrily " enjoying the kiss?"
U: no princess, I wanted to slap her for her bold behavior
Manyta was mumbling in anger " I myself did not get a chance to kiss my husband and that witch kissed him"
U: wow!! Princess, you can do it now..
M: what uday?
U: (smirking) you can kiss me even now, at this instant. My lips are still not claimed by anyone.
Manyta was blushing red: oh uday, you heard!!! Oh my!!!
Manyta was speechless.
U: its ok darling, I was just teasing you
M: uday!!! (she hid her face in her palms)
