Disha Parmar's 'overwhelming' New York experience

Cute and bubbly Disha Parmar, better known as Pankhuri from Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard, is flying high these days.

Star Plus has been taking its actors to overseas countries to meet and greet people. And this time it was an opportunity for beautiful looking Disha Parmar, who went to New York to meet her fans and interact with them.

So to our curiosity, we asked Disha how was her trip and her experience to which she shared, "This was my first ever trip to a foreign country. I was nervous and at the same time excited to meet my fans. And believe me, I was astonished with the amount of love I received from them, and it was indeed an overwhelming experience."

She continued, "In New York many people follow our show and love my character. I thank Star Plus for such a brilliant opportunity. This experience has made me more confident and I am lucky to be a part of the show."

Any particular fan that you liked the most? "Well, everybody was sweet and humble. Many of my fans actually took the initiative and made lovely collages of my pictures and also gave me cards with lovely messages written on them. So thank you all for the undying love and support."
