Balika Vadhu is giving a lesson these days that couple must sign a contract before performing any Wedding ritual. According to the contract if anyone backs out of wedding at any point of time he or she should not considered responsible for the breakup. If it is arranged marriage then they have to be more careful and add more clauses like any family member can't force a guy or a girl for the wedding or can do a emotional blackmailing. Also after breaking wedding if anyone commits suicide he or she will be solely responsible for it. One more thing to add on that a guy or a girl don't have to give any reason to each other's family for the breakup of wedding as after-all they have to spend their lives together. So it is legit for them to decide weather they are compatible with each other or not.
Balika Vadhu story is going nowhere and revolving merry-go-round around Sanchi. She became a untreated wound on both families. It is like if anyone has committed to marry he or she has to marry even if he or she founds out anything bad about the other partner. (Though Sanchi is not characterless but if she was and Jagya founds out that then also it will be the same condition as now).
Shiv's family is literally pushing Singh's and Jagya to marry their daughter since the beginning. Previously it was because Anandi is their DIL so Singh's hesitant to say no to the alliance and now since they committed to marry so they can't say no even if they found out anything bad about girl.
