I am currently undergoing therapy on my shoulder - Mohit

Mohit Sehgal, last seen in Star Plus' Mujhse Kuchh Kehti...Yeh Khamoshiyaan on Star Plus has not been seen on television for nearly seven months now. The last we heard about him is that he was nursing a bad shoulder sprain.

So is this the reason for him being out of the limelight? We chose to ask Mohit himself!!

To begin with, Mohit told us that he is having fun time, especially when it comes to adding on to his culinary skills. "When I came to Mumbai, I never knew how to cut an onion. And now I am glad that I have learnt cooking to such a level that I can make protein bars and protein cupcakes at home."

Also now that his love interest, Sanaya Irani is off-shoot post Chhanchhan (Sony Entertainment Television), Mohit is happy that they get some time off with each other.

Mohit Sehgal expressed, "I am currently undergoing therapy on my shoulder, and am concentrating on my fitness and diet regime. Since I am not allowed to gym, I have resorted to cardio workouts to maintain my physique."

On spending time with beautiful Sanaya, Mohit said, "Well, she is concerned about my health. Now that she is not shooting, we get to spend quality time together. I hope the break is not too long for her."
