Hey what up guys!
So recently this show has been losing its popularity and fan following, probably because of Kapil Nirmal's exit from the show. I know and sense that most of you guys in this forum were huge fans of Nihal and loved the Ratan-Nihal love track. I am not going to lie but I too enjoyed the show because of that.
The question that comes to my mind now is that why did you all start watching Veera in the first place? The answer that any viewer of this show will obviously say because of the unique concept of the brother-sister relationship and for sure the young actors capability to portray the characters of Veera and Ranvi flawlessly. There was no Nihal in the start and Veera fans adored and loved RanVeera scenes.
Then came Nihal, and I think that now the audience really wanted to see more than just RanVeera scenes. A lovestory between Nihal and Ratan. The audience did get a piece of that but it couldn't be concluded with the marriage because the focus of this show is RANVEERA and not Ratan-Nihal!
Honestly, tell me what would be the outcome of their marriage. Veera will get a father, Ratan will find a husband, Chaiji got a son. Now what. Why would the show be on air after that. Isn't that the resolution of all the problems. If Veera gets a father, she wouldn't be the sole responsibility of Ranvi. She would be divided and her love for her brother would be divided.
Now I fully understand why the CVs decided to 'let Nihal go' because they want to show the height and intensity of RanVeera's relationship and probably they would do this when they are grown up! What importance would Nihals character have when Ranveera are grown up? He would be a old father sitting in one corner ranting about stuff? Or a typical 'gum' character?
It was the best decision to scrap Nihal's character. For the show, and for us "Nihal" fans. We obviously wouldn't want to see, the HeRo, to become a side character. So guys, please stop hating the show for 'Nihals" exit. It was done for the better and I feel that the show has a lot to offer. For now, enjoy our young actors because they will soon grow up!
On a positive note,
Cheers! š
