Nikaah V/s Talaaq

Everybody is talking about invalid Nikaaah, unintentional Nikaah etc and my point of view is that if Zoyaan Nikah was invalid why should there be a Divorce. If Nikaah is invalid it means that Nikaah is void that is there is no Nikaah, therefore there should not be any divorce. Qazi can just come and say that Nikaah is not valid that's all. And in this way Zoya will not be called a divorcee nor she will have to stay in SM due to her taumr vaada.

They yet to declare that the nikah is invalid, I think this is the another twist in the pipe line, they will come to know about it, and they will do their jasusi and they can drag story for few more episode...😉

Because WE know the nikah is invalid. The families think it happened. Don't agree with it but think it happened.
