1. One who thinks that she is a burden on her parents and hence should not live with them when family is in financial trouble.
2. Who does not complain to the world or report to law enforcement about domestic violence, so as to not spoil her in-laws reputation.
3. Who, a day after a rape attempt by her hubby, is a there to help her drunken husband, care for him and let him back in her room.
4. Who is allowed to use the word 'aatma samaan' (self -respect) as conversational jargon, but does not put it into practice...heck no!!!
5. Who has so much faith in her evil' husbands basic goodness, that someone else is always at fault for his vileness - Yesterday it was a maid; now that the maid has run away, it is the strict dad who doesn't give him money for his binge drinking...
6. Who is dumb and naive and needs another man to tell her that her hubby is a conman - she has no right to think for herself and use her grey cells.
7. Who has blind faith in God...dont you get it...her temple visit has cured her hubby's abusive nature and his alcoholism.

How did I not have all this 'gyan' until SP taught me? I guess I am a dumb woman!!!!

It's sad what they have reduced Kumud the "TEZ DAAR" Desai to!! She is a shadow of her former self!! Even Dugba is more progressive than her, coming from another era!!

This is becoming SO intolerable to watch!! WHY T.H does Kumud have to go back to that sicko?? Let him rot. Help your family! You EARNED the money that Budhidhan gave you! After all, in an event of a divorce you will be entitled to a settlement??

Insanity at its worst!! SO disappointed!! Why dosen't Pramad just die already coz looks like that is the ONLY way Kumud Sundari Sathi Savithri will get away from him!!

Completely agree on this.. I don't know how she figured out that Budhidhan returning the property to Pramad is the only way a father can show love for his son.. wow Kumud!! Also I don't understand this whole hiding facts business .. Desai's hiding their financial crisis from Kumud, Kumud hiding all the physical and mental abuse she has to go through from her family, Kusum who is back to her sister's in laws for god knows what reason, is helping her sister hide facts from Saras.. why can't the family members trust on each other and share their problems.. what are families for afterall?

To know the right choice and making a wrong one.,repeatedly cannot be good for ones conscience...coping with the aftermath of all the wrong choices is the hardest thing to deal with in life...Kumuds dual burden of bad decisions and wrong consolation that she can deal with it ...''i dont want to fail everyone or look bad or want anyone to see me fail''...will soon catch up with her...i dread to think her mental state when things unravel... i only hope she will be strong enough to deal with them...

As someone already said, Indian Telly definitely isn't a very good role model, and generally doesn't promote any sort of morals or social messages. It's all about TRPs.

And unfortunately, that's the society we live in. That's what a good, moraled woman is according to our society. I've been watching a Pakistani drama which is on the subject of domestic violence. The heroine's husband frequently beats her in anger and then later apologizes for it. When she gets fed up and goes back to her parents home and demands divorce, all her relatives tell her that getting beaten by your husband isn't that big of a deal that you would end your marriage because of it. That's just how most South Asian society is.

All this despite being a 'graduate'.

Lets watch with rapt attention as SP teaches us sanskaars through their model sanskaari wohus and learn.

SP is also teaching us about Hinduism. If you donate milk to hungry, poor children instead of using it for Shiv pooja, you will get a husband like Pramad.

Jai ho SP and their nayi soch.
