On the way to jeweler, Priya received the call from Neha.

Shipraji - beta, chai pee ke ja, tu bayth main aati hoon.
Priya - kaki, main bhi ati hoon aap ke saath, bohot din ho gaye aap ke kitchen me beyth ke chai nahi pee.
Shipraji smiled and said, aa jaa.
Both Shipraji and Priya were in the kitchen, were discussing about the preparations for sagaai and marriage and then about the jewellery.
Priya after much hesitation said, kaki, mujhe aap se kuch baat karni hain
Both of them were sipping their favourite adrakwali chai, Shipraji looked towards Priya and understood she wants to say something but hesitating to say. Shipraji came to her and kept her one hand on Priya's head and with motherly affection asked, kya baat hain Priya, tu kuch kehna chahti hain beta?
Priya - haan kaki, woh main...
Shipraji - sab theek toh hain na beta, matlab tere aur Mr. Kapoor ke beech me...
Priya - haan kaki, sab theek hain, main bas yeh kehna chahti thi ke agar aap aur kaka ko bura na lage to kya main sagaai ki angoothi mere hisab se khareed sakti hoon?, saying this she lowered her head

Phir Ram se yun achanak mulaqaat hona, Ram ka Little Angels me ana, bachhon ke saath waqt beetana, Meethi ke saath itna attach ho jana mano jaise lagta hain ek dream hain ya phir ek kahaani hain. Kahaani, haan kahaani hi toh hain, Priya ki zindagi ek kahaani hi toh hain, kaun jaane agle panne me kya likha hain, yuhin sochte sochte Priya has closed her eyes and can visualize Ram's smiling face in front of her eyes.
Next day, Priya after her office was in one of the prestigious jewellery store of the city. She was going through gent's rings, lekin usse kuch bhi pasand nahi aa raha tha. Priya khud bohot simple hain aur uski pasand bhi waisi hi hain, simple yet elegant. Neither of the design nor look was liked by her, she wanted some unique yet stylish for her Ram, Ram ke bare me sochte hi uske lips apne aap curve ho jate hain, she controlled herself. Yuhin dekhte dekhte Priya ki nazar ek platinum band pe pari, it was simple yet very elegant and stylish, she immediately liked the band, she took that in her hand, for some seconds imagined the band in Ram's left hand ring finger. She asked whether she can get the size that of Ram's, and she got that too. Priya hasn't seen the price tag now she asked the price, after knowing it, she couldn't say anything, for her it was EXPENSIVE but she thought for some time and then asked the sales man to pack it for her...Priya came back from the store and freshn'd up, she prepared a strong coffee for her and came to her bedroom, she opened the box where the ring was neatly placed, she took that out and look at it intently, aur dekhte dekhte apne mann me hi boli, Ram, aapke liye yeh meri taraf se ek chhota sa gift hain, janti hoon aap ke liye shayad yeh koi mayine nahi hoga par I wanted to give you something as a token of my love, aapke ungliyon par yeh rahega toh mujhe lagega ke main aapke saath hamesha hoon, thinking this Priya softly kissed the ring, keep that in the box and kept in her almirah.
Beech ke don din yani Wednesday aur Thursday preparations me hi chale gaye, wahan Kapoor Mansion me preparation toh yahan Mishraji ke ghar me. Finally decide yeh hua hain ki sagaai, Priya ke ghar pe hi hoga aur khaane ka arrangement neeche Mishra's ke wahan hoga. There will not be many guests in sagaai, only family and friends will be there apart from Priya's colleagues. Aaj Friday hain, sagaai ki din, subah se ghar me chehel pehel shuru ho gaya hain, sagaai ki muhurat raat 8 baje tayy hua hain par Shipraji ka para subah 8 se hi chara hain, she is panicking and for every now and then saying something to Sudhirji and making Karthik confused, kuch der baad dono baap-bete milke Shipraji ke paas aate hain aur kehte hain agar woh shanti se nahi beythegi toh yeh dono abhi ke abhi sab kuch band kar denge, after getting threats from his son and husband, Shipraji has calmed down but still she is worrying for each and every arrangements. Inn sab ke beech Vikram aur Neha came to help them. With their coming, Shipraji gets more tensed as they are ladkewale and need proper welcome but Neha made her calm and she took charge of the rest of arrangements. Today Priya had to skip her office as Shipraji strictly asked her not to go, so she was in her room in upstairs, doing some work in her laptop when Neha entered her room.
Neha - hi!
Priya looked up and saw Neha standing in her room, she got up and came to her and both hugged each other and said hello, tum itni subah subah?
Neha - woh kya hain na aaj meri dost ki sagaai hain, toh I just came to check whether she needs any help or not?
Priya - Vikram bhi aaye hain kya?
Neha - haan, kyun kuch kaam tha usse?, bulayu?

Shruthi - doctor ke chamber aayi hoon, Rajat bhi hain saath me
Priya - kya baat hain?, kuch serious toh nahi hain na?
Shruthi - relax yaar, kuch serious nahi hain, actually aaj mera pehela sonography hone jaa raha hain, aaj shayad peheli baar we both going to see the baby
Priya - wow!, am so excited and happy, tu theek toh hain na, I mean kuch...
Shruthi - tu bilkul tension mat le, main bilkul theek hoon aur tera chhota baby bhi theek hain, apni maasi ko miss bhi karta hain.
Priya - chhota baby ko bol ke unki maasi unse bohot jald milne ayegi, achha sun tera ho jaye toh mujhe phone zaroor kar dena, waise tu aaj ayegi na?
Shruthi - tu nahi bhi bolti toh bhi hum dono aate, yeh bhi koi poochne ki baat hain, hum dono zaroor ayenge, chal ab rakhti hoon, baad me call karungi.
Both hang up the phone. Neha was listening to their convo, after hanging the phone, Priya saw Neha is staring at her.
Priya - kya dekh rahi ho?
Neha - dekh rahi hoon tumhare aur Shruthi ki dosti ko, tum bohot lucky ho Priya, Shruthi jaisi dost mila hain tumhe.
Priya smiled and said, woh toh main hoon hi saath saath aur bhi lucky hoon kyun ki mujhe mere nanad ke roop me bhi ek bohot achhi saheli mili hain.
Isi baat pe dono ne ek dusre ko zabardast tightwala hug diya.
It was almost 7 in the evening and Priya was still not ready. As per the plan, Shruthi came earlier and was helping Priya to get ready, Shipraji already ek baar knock kar gayi hain, to get ready fast, but girls will be girls, yeh koi nahi samajhta hain ke humein khuda ne kuch zyada hi mehnat aur lagan se banaya hain toh uss cheez ko sawaarne me thoda waqt agar lag bhi jaye toh kya problem hain, aakhir khoobsurat lagna sab ko achha lagta hain, LOL! Anyways, jokes apart, Priya is looking fabulous today, she is wearing her mother's saree, its dark chocolate in colour with silver zari work all over the saree, with that she was wearing that shagun ke kangan and with that she was wearing a garnet set in neck and ear, which was accomplishing her look. While Priya was almost finished, Neha and Natasha came to her room. Natasha came running and hugged her,
Natasha - wow! bhabhi, u r looking too gorgeous
Priya smiled and said thank you, tum kaisi ho Natasha?
Natasha - hum sab ache hain, ab bas aap jaldi se wahaan aa jao, we all miss you.
Neha - chhoti ab bas kar, chal sab wait kar rahe hain, saying this turning to Shruthi, she asked, hi! Shruthi, kaisi ho, how was your sonography?
Shruthi was surprised but said, it was all good.
Ab sab Priya ko leke bahaar aate hain, Priya aake pehele dadi, phir Krishnaji, Sudhirji aur Shipraji se blessings leti hain aur phir usko Ram ke paas bithaya jata hain. Aaj Ram bhi kuch kam nahi lag rahe the, moss green pathani suit me woh bhi aaj zabardast handsome aur dashing lag rahe the. RaYa ne ek dusre ki taraf dekha aur ek smile exchange ki, Ram, ab bhi shaadi ke liye raazi nahi hain par dadi ke liye woh iss shaadi ke saath bhi compromise karne ke liye ready hain. Jab Priya bahaar ayi tab Ram usse dekhta hi reh gaya, haala ki usne Priya ko pehele bhi dekha hain par aaj Priya kuch alag hi dikh rahi thi, she was looking extremely beautiful in this get up, isi liye when Priya looked at him, Ram could only smile to her and Priya reciprocated that with her smile.
Panditji aa gaye the aur unhone kahaan ki muhuraat ho gaya hain, aur sagai ki rasm shuru ho gaya. Ram ne pehele Priya ko angoothi pehenayi aur phir Priya ne, everyone clapped aur sab ne inn dono ko bharpur aashirwaad diya. After the engagement ceremony, everyone was congratulating Ram and Priya, toh tabhi dadi Priya ko bulati hain aur paas bithati hain.
Dadi - aaj main bohot khush hoon ke tu mere ghar ki bahu banne jaa rahi hain, aaj se mere Golu ki chhinta main tujhe de rahi hoon, usse kabhi akela mat chhodna, thoda ziddi hain, gussa bhi jaldi ata hain usse lekin dil saaf hain uska, sab ke liye bohot pyaar hain bas ab usse tujhe hi samhalna hain, puttar wada kar ke tu uska khayal rakkhegi.
Priya was listening to dadi and she promised her that she will take care of him.
Dadi - jeeyundi reh puttar, babaji ki meher sada tum dono ke upar rahe.
After the function everyone came downstairs for the dinner. This engagement was a complete family affair, only family and friends were there. All enjoyed the dinner and came back home. Priya was also tired so she came to her home, frenshnd up and came to the bed. She looked at her ring and saw and reminded the moment when Ram slipped the ring in her finger, she kissed her ring and sleep. On the other hand, Ram was in Neha's house and was in his room. He was also looking at his ring. It is a simple platinum band with his initials carved on it, in fact the initials is carved in such a way that it does look like an image, Ram liked the ring. The ring is looking perfect in his finger.
