Yash and Geet in their bedroom

Geet came out of washroom after changing in her night suit.She found yash smiling.

Geet too smiled to see him and asked-yash Why are you smiling?

Yash-Nothing.. I was thinking about evening .So much happened. A boring movie Then Anie and Rahul. I couldn't think that they can like each other.Then that dinner at dhaba. I never had been to a dhabe before . I always thought of them being an unhygienic place. But I must say food was far better from that big hotel.

Geet-Aapko pata hai. Those dhabas always serve fresh cooked food. Kuchh bachta hi nahin hai.That's why food is always tasty there. And above all Surender uncle bahut pyar se apne customers ke saath deal karte hain.that added an extra taste in the food.

Yash-Surendre uncle loves you both like his own children. I liked him. I enjoyed a lot today.Thanks for the lovely evening Geet.

Geet-Hmm ..So I think that it's time for the thanks speech, I too must say thanks to you.

Yash-For what?

Geet- For tolerating me. I sometimes make you irritate with my childish behavior. Still you don't say a bad thing to me. But I promise you Yash that I will be a good wife for sure.main bhi phir aapka aise hi khayaal rakhoongi jaise maa papa ka aur arpita maan ka rakhti hai. Bas thode din aur wait kar lijiye.

Yash felt bad for Geet-Don't underestimate yourself Geet. The qualities you have are not found in every person.And you are a good wife.Sirf cooking karne se aur husband ke kapde nikaal kar rakhne se hi sab kuchh nahin hota hai Geet.You know it very well kisiko pal bhar me apna kaise banaa lete hain. Aur mujhe to doubt bhi hai ki tum koi jadu jaanti ho.(He tried to make her feel light)

Geet-nahin To.. maine to jadu kabhi nahin seekha . jadu koi bina seekhe to nahin aata. And I knew some magic , I would have applied it on taiji.Sabse jyada to wahi naaraz rahti hain mujhse.(She was looking confused)

Yash was totally fida on his this cute wife- Taiji par koi jadu asar nahin karta.But you are a magician for sure Geet.. tabhi to tum mujhe bhi badal rahi ho.

Geet-Aap kaise badal gaye . aap to wiase hi hain jaise shadi waale din the.(She holds his face in her hands and inspects from both sides)aaj bhi aapki shakl Maan jaisi hi hai.

Yash laughed very loud at this and Geet was watching him amusingly.

Yash stopped when he saw her starring at himself - wo to kabhi nahin badal sakti. You know me and Maan are one soul in two bodies. I never think myself separate from him.Geet now one important thing. Now you don't have much time in your exams so no masti till then, do well in your exams I want to see you as a great designer.

Geet nodded and said-I promise it was my last day of masti. I will study hard for my exams and you will be proud of your wife one day.

Yash now teased her-If you l become a designer, how you will be a good wife? I mean jaise maa aur Arpita hain waise hi. Wahaan kaam karogi ya yahaan kaam sikhogi ?you can't work on both places at one time.

Geet-Mr. yash Khurana aap apni wife ko jaanta nahin hain. Aabhi to aapne kaha na ki I m a magician to aap dekhna jadu se sab ho jaayega.

Yash-Hmm .. jadugarni sahiba ..ab so jaaiye . kafi raat ho gayi hai.I have to complete my work which I left in middle for this hangout.

Geet-Sorry wo meri wajah se aapko pareshani hui.

Yash-It's okey. now sleep well.

He kissed her goodnight kiss and both slept.

In morning yash woke up and found geet sleeping with her legs on him.Now it was usual for yash to find Geet in a strange position every morning. Sometimes he found her sleeping without pillow as pillow was on floor. Some time she herself was on the edge of the bed -just one movement and Geet could fall on floor.some times her legs used to face the bedpost and her head in Yash's feet.he could never understand her ways of sleeping. She slept correctly at night but morning she was always in different positions and in the morning first duty of yash was to make her sleep in correct position. he was still in the process of exploring the new yet strange habits of his wife.

Geet and Anie were busy in preparing for the final exams.

Maan was going abroad for some official work after three weeks for ten days .first he planned to take Arpita with him but One day arpita got the news that her cousin sister's marriage was fixed and her uncle invited all Khuranas.they requested them to leave Arpita for few days with them after marriage as they would not feel the emptiness in the house .marriage was two days before Maan and Arpita's departure to abroad. Ram suggested Maan to take Arpita to abroad next time as the marriage was more important and they couldn't deny her parents request as they too had a right on their daughter. And Maan agreed as he felt that alright. He asked Arpita if she wanted to live with her parents for those ten days. He also told that he would pick her up after his arrival from abroad. Arpita agreed . She was happy for that as she couldn't get frequent chances to meet her parents like Geet got . They lived at meerut -120 kms away from Delhi.

But she was worried for man- How would you manage your stuff behind me. I will be not here at the time of tour packing.

Priya smiled at this-arpita you don't worry. Hum sab hain na.

Geet-arrey maa aap samajhte nahin ho. Arpita ke bina maan ka kaam nahin chalega na.hamesha se wahi to karti aayi hai maan ke saare kaam. Shadi se pahle bhi to yahi aati thi na saare kaam karne.

Arpita was confused at the sarcastic comment from geet-what do you mean?

Geet- I mean Arpita why are you so tensed. Maa used to do all works for her sons. Hum to nahin hote the na. to ab bhi wahi help kar dengi.

Arpita understood-Ohh ab samjhi.and she was now relaxed and happy as she could go to her parent's house without any worry.

Geet and Anie were unable to attend the marriage because that time there exams would be going on.Though geet wanted to go as she liked that masti and halla gulla of marriages.

So It was decided that Maan Arpita Ram and priya would go to attend the marriage. Yash decided to stay back with Geet and Anie to keep a watch on them weither they are studying properly or not.

All for went to attend the marriage. Arpita's father got the news of Maan going to abroad for the business. He was happy to hear that. He asked Maan about the day of his return. Maan informed him that he would be returning after 10 days and would directly come to take Arpita.. Then Arpita's father told them that they all (Arpita's parents and chacha ,chichi)had planned their trip to Vaishnav davi temple in Jammu and the reservation was the on the next day of Maan's arrival. That meant that they would l be going after Arpita leaves with Maan.

After attending the marriage Maan Ram and Priya returned to delhi. Maan too left for his business trip after two days.

All were in touch with each other on phone. Anie and Geet's exams were going well. Maan talked arpita on phone regularly. One day Arpita informed Maan-maan I have something to tell you.

Maan- haan bolo.

Arpita-Maan wo main .. and she heard some knock on the door- Maan I will tell you later. Abhi koi aa raha hai.It's a surprise for you.

And she cut the phone.

Maan was now thought about the surprise.he called yash at home. Yash picked up the phone-Hey Maan how the situation is there?

Maan- quite under control. And I m sure we will crack this deal.

Yash-wow yaar. Congrats.

Maan- how are exams of Geet and Anie going?

Yash- very well. Both are looking quite serious for their finals.

Maan- Hmm ..yash wo. Did geet talk to Arpita?

Yash-Maan they talk daily. They can't live without talking. Geet will fall sick if she will not talk to Arpita. Kyun kya hua?

Maan- kuchh nahin. Is Geet there? Can I talk to her?

Yash- yes ..she is here and he gave phone to Geet.

Geet -Hii maan ..how the work is going there.

Maan- good. Geet when did you talk Arpita last?

Get-Today morning . kya hua?

Maan-Did she tell some thing new ?

Geet- No she didn't say any thing like that. Bataao na kya hua

Maan-Woo ..she was talking about some surprise but some one came in her room and she cut the phone.

Geet laughed loud at this- really ? You know shadi ke baad ladkiyaan ek hi surprise deti hain. They tell their husbands-aap papa banne wale hain. And she again laughed. Yash looked at Geet hearing her sentence. Maan on the phone said to geet-Shut up Geet. Ye koi zaroori nahin ki yahi ek baat ho .

Geet- To theek hai wait kariye apni biwi ke paas pahunchne ka . you will know about the surprise. arrey do hi din ki to baat hai. Aur haan one good news from my side too. My exams too will be over by the time you and Arpita return. We all will do a lot of enjoy.

Maan- Enjoy? Madam you are forgetting that you will start to learn the cooking after that.

Geet- Maan .. how mean. Meri saari khushiyon par pani pher diya. I m not going to talk to you. Apne bhai se hi baat kijiye and she gave the phone to yash .

Yash and maan talked about the work for some time.

It was the day when Maan and Arpita wre returning . Maan planned to go directly to Meerut as Arpita's parents and uncle aunty were ready to leave for their trip to Vaishno devi next morning...

Arpita was waiting for Maan .. she got a call It was Maan on the other side

Maan- Arpita I m really sorry . Actually my plan had to take an emergency landing in midway as the weather is in a worst condition. They can not continue the journey. It's evening here and I don't think ki aaj raat plane fly karega.

Arpita- But maan.agar aap nahin aaye to main kaise manage karungi. Sab log kal subah jaa rahe hain. What will I do ?

Maan- I see . You don't worry. I talk at home than I will let you know.

Yash was in office and an important meeting was going on. He got a call. He found Maan's name on screen . He excused himself for two minutes and received the call and Maan informed him about the situation.

Yash-Maan you don't get tensed. I will go to Meerut to take Arpita. Right m now I m in an important meeting and today it's not possible for me to go , but I assure you that tomorrow morning I will be there to pick Arpita. You inform her.

Maan- Are you sure? Sorry yash for that inconvenience

Yash-Off course. Aur sorry kyun. Meri jagah agar tu hota aur Geet ko teri zaroorat hoti to tu nahin karta kya uske liye?

Maan- kyun nahin .. zaroor karta.

Yash- to phi raise kyun kah raha hai. Achchha bata surprise ke bare me pata chala ki nahin

Maan- nahin. Uss din ke baad baat hi nahin hui. I got too busy in work and totally forgot about that. Ab kal hi pata chalega.main kal evening tak pahunch jaaunga,

Yash- sure. Aana hi padega. Actually I too had planned a surprise for Geet. Abhi usko bhi nahin pata.bas tu jaldi se ghar aa ja.

Maan- Not again. Tu bhi Arpita ki tarah riddles me baat kar raha hai. Kya surprise hai Geet ke liye bata na.

Yash- Naa. Surprise Geet ke liye hai to pahle Geet ko hi pata chalna chahiya. Jaise Arpita ne nahin bataya kisi ko. Sabse pahle tujhe hi bataayegi.waise hi main bhi geet ko bataaunga..

Maan- Okey boss as you say. I will inform arpita that you are going to bring her back.

Yash- ok . bye. And he cut the phone and attended his meeting.

Maan too informed Arpita about yash. And she was relaxed to know that.

After meeting yash informed at home that Maan was not coming today as his flight was delayed due to bad weather and he himself would go to take Arpita back from Meerut.

Next day early morning yash was ready to go to Meerut. Today Geet too had her last exam.

Yash-Geet we will be back by 3pm . Today is your last exam. Do well in your exam. Aur haan in the evening we will be going out. Theek hai.I have a surprise for you.

Geet- surprise.. You too...Kya surprise hai bataaiye na

Yash-Geet It a SURPRISE.abhi bata dunga to surprise kahaan rahega. So wait till we return. Aur haan surprise ke chakkar me exam me gadbad nahin karna. Yaad hai na I want you to be a great designer.

Geet nodded - Don't worry yash . I will give my 100%.

Yash- that's like my good wife.now let me go . Arpita ke parents ke nikalne se pahle mujhe wahaaan pahunchna hai.

He kissed her temple and said- All the best geet.

Geet- thanks. And you too take care.

Yash-Bye

And yash left for the Meerut.

Yash reached Meerut. Arpita's parents were almost ready. They had still one hour to left for the station. Yash had the breakfast with them. All left together. Yash and arpita for Delhi and Arpita's family for station.

Yash found arpita happy, but he didn't ask her anything about the surprise as he knew that it was Maan's right to know first what his wife wanted to tell.
