Bhoomi agrees to do partnership with the Goenkas. Shefali or rather Arjun renames Bhoomi Corporation to Shefali Corporation.
Shefali, Arjun, Mansen and Yuv are sitting in the meeting room, Shefali is sitting next to Arjun, and Mansen Yuv sitting on the opposite side. Bhoomi walks in with Rahul. She sees Shefali and is surprised. Recollects the bike accident in which she lost her baby, Shefali telling her that there was no IVF and this child is hers (Shefali's ) and Arjuns.
Mansen starts off by saying they are all here to hear her decision. Bhoomi thanks them for their offer, when Yuv interrupts and informs her that they have registered Bhoomi Corporation. Shefali tells Yuv that they have decided to change the name. Bhoomi is taken aback and stares at Shefali. Arjun tells them that they have decided to rename to company Shefali Corporation. Bhoomi feels very hurt,
Mansen asks the reason for name change and Shefali tells them that Arjun does not want the mention of Bhoomis name.
Bhoomi just tells them that she has decided that Parekh Pharmaceuticals will do partnership with Shefali corporation. She then looks at Arjun and tells him Congratulations Mr. Arjun Goenka.
At the Parekh House, Bhoomi cries thinking of all that was said in the meeting, Rahul asks her why is she crying and she tells him she cant do anything else. Bhoomi tells Rahul that when she found out that they are naming the company Bhoomi Corporation she felt that Arjun still remembers her, still loves, but now she knows that there is no place for her in Arjun's heart, no one remembers her, then why should she think about them.
Then with determination she says she will not forget them, they will have to pay for what they did with her, she will destroy (Vinash) the one she loved the most, Arjun Goenka, the whole Goenka family will have to pay and she Bhoomika Goenka will make them pay.
HML is very happy that she has decided to do business with a big business associate. Everyone gives Bhoomi gifts.
The phone rings its Arjun, Bhoomi picks up (my cable got messed up at this point but what I could make out was) Duggu takes the phone from Bhoomi and talks to Arjun, after talking with Duggu Arjun seems very happy. I think Bhoomi asked Duggu the name of the person and he says he does not remember, but will tell her as soon as he recollects who it was. (If I missed something please fill in).
At the HH Mansen tells Arjun that he has decided to have a party and invite the whole Parekh Family, Arjun tells him that it's a good idea as its not just partnership, but a new relationship as well. Mansen tells Arjun that they are not establishing any relationship with the Parekhs, Mansen further adds that he (Arjun) thinks with his heart and he (Mansen) thinks with his head, and the best way to establish good business connections with the Parekhs is through their heart.
Rahul tells Bhoomi, that he told her to take revenge, but now feels it may be difficult as Goenkas are very strong, especially financially. Bhoomi tells him not to worry, she tells him that with confidence she will achieve her aim, and she has it all planned out.
Bhoomi tells Rahul that first they need to gain the trust of the Goenkas, so that they do not take any decisions without our consent, and then we need to get close to them. She tells Rahul she knows the hurt that breakup of trust causes, she tells him she will make them pay for every tear she has ever shed.
