Watching SBS clipping (thanks to sweet_diksha) I'm sorta convinced it was more of Jodha's tantrum than suicide...that's what Paridhi said too

'Shehenshah was not listening to any other means of mine, so I had no other go'

I have a feeling this was Jodha's impulsive tantrum following MA and Jalal's outburst on Jodha (after the Holi episode)

Jodha knows MA is still the culprit and she cannot take it that Jalal is siding with MA - a criminal - refusing to believe her...

Me thinks an escalating brawl between the two leads to this...desperate to prove her point she does this...something like how a child throws a toy to seek attention...

Now her actions did get his attention, didn't they? Though possibly not the desired result...

completely agree with you ...but is this the way to prove her point ...watever ..scene is too hot to handle...can't wait for the episode..already watched the SBS so many times online 😆

She is desperate...and this is not the way..hence, the tag 'tantrum'...

But, if any respite - she was not doing so to end her life of misery...she took this action to MAKE Jalal believe her wrt MA...

This is my assumption

I have one small bit of cheer in my mind that she did it not due to depression/being fed up of life etc etc...didn't wanna see Jodha like the other heroines...

I'm glad we could still see the feisty look in her eyes when he grabbed her out...

she was angry when they were riding their horse back too...😆 like a child on a time-out!

She is like

You wouldn't believe my innocence first

You wouldn't believe me when I brought MA as culprit

You wouldn't believe me when I brought Rahim as evidence

Now, you wouldn't believe me when I tell you she's still the culprit

Fine..I'm jumping into the water - let's see how you don't believe me then!

Jo bhi ho, kisiki attempt to suicide ki khabar sunke main kabhi khush nahi hui.. aur aj itni khush hu ki kya batau.. true that Jodha-akbar is turning me into a vamp..😆😉
