Bhoomi is in the meeting with her partners and tells them that she will cancel their partnership, they thank her and leave. Bhoomi wonders if she took the right decision and what would Devika have done if she were here.
At home HML support Bhoomi's decision to end the partnerships, as if they had been forced to continue partnership they would always have had the upper hand, he tells her to be happy and don't worry.
He is preparing something for Mah Shiv Ratri, Bhoomi asks him what he is doing and Savitri comes and explains everything to Bhoomi.
Savitri and Bhoomi are doing all the preparations for the Pooja and Bhoomi remembers doing the pooja with Arjun, she is still lost in her thoughts, but Savitri brings her thoughts back to the present, and tells Bhoomi that it is her faith that whatever you will ask of Shiv Bhagwan today he will give you, Bhoomi just says that she hopes that the breaking of partnerships does not adversely affect them.
Pooja is going on at the HH as well, Shefali and Arjun doing the pooja. Arjun remembers Bhoomi, and as the pooja finishes he tells Baisa that Bhoomi used to do this pooja and did all the preparations herself, and I wish she was here. Shefali makes faces and is jealous.
Friends and neighbors comes to wish the Parekhs, they eat, drink Bhang, enjoy themselves, dance. Savitri also drinks Bhang by mistake and then HML and Savitri dance to Jai Jai Shiv Shankar.
At the HH, Mansen tells Yuv to read the Pharmaceutical file as there is a meeting tomorrow, Yuv asks him if he has informed Arjun as he has the Power of Attorney. Mansen tells Yuv that Arjun is not interested in Business and he knows what to do.
After the celebrations are over at the Parekhs, Rahul informs them that he has found a business partner for Duggus Mom and the meeting is tomorrow. Bhoomi asks him who these people are, Rahul just tells her that they are looking for business partners and want to work with Devika Parekh.
Arjun is sitting in the meeting room, he looks at Bhoomi pic on the mobile, he feels Bhoomis presence, and in walks Bhoomi with Rahul. Mansen and Yuv are also there in the meeting. Rahul introduces her as Devika Parekh. Mansen and Yuv introduce themselves. Arjun and Bhoomi stare at each other, Arjun nods and Bhoomi nods back to him.
Mansen starts talking and explaining things (no voice), Arjun and Bhoomi just keep looking at each other and the song plays in the background.
Mansen finishes explaining, he then tells Bhoomi that they have named the company as Bhoomi Corporation and hands over the file to her, and asks Bhoomi what she thinks of his proposal. Bhoomi just leaves the room, Arjun gets up to follow her, but Rahul tells him that its fine and goes after Bhoomi.
Bhoomi goes outside, LK is there, he asks Bhoomi why is she having doubts in her heart. Bhoomi tells him she cant stand up against her own people, LK tells her that you have to fight this Yudh, and they are not your people anymore, why are you worried about them. LK tells her that she has to fight and win the Yudh. You can see determination in Bhoomi's eyes.
