Today's reaction of Jodha was unwarranted and totally over the top. She has been harping on 'grina', ' ghutan' and 'swabhimaan' so when Jalal gave her option of staying back or leaving she hints at going. Today when he makes arrangements for her to go, she is still castigating the man. He did wrong her but now he trying to mend it. Does Jodha have a choice? Bharmal made her sacrifice and relented to the mughals. Jodha's hyper reaction has no standing and nor does her pride. She lost it or rather they lost it. The scene was completely out of context and seemed out of the blue.

Why is Jodha shocked when Jalal tells her that no one shd know that she is returning back to her home? Does this not help Jodha upheld her 'pride"? CVs are overdoing the pride part of Jodha's character.

I agree with you.

Jodha is angry and hurt that Jalaal has allowed her to return to Amer and to her does not seem affected by it. In turn she wants to hurt him with her words. She is so lost in her own hurt she does not see his expressions or the change in him. Poor thing 😉 her pride does not allow her to express she wishes to remain and he has taken her words at face value and feels that he owes her the freedom she desires to make up for everything.

Nicely put realitybites. Jodha has forgotten that she is in this situation bcos of RB. Its Jalal who is giving her an option to leave. But, she does not want to leave and hence her anger at his suggestion.

Thanks peachesandcream! Wonder when our leads will stop playing the tit for tat game. I think Jalal is called it truce in many ways, but Jodha she just does not give up the ghrina word. I have hope for her though, she gave up Kanha for sometime so may be Ghrina is not far either...
