To be honest with you this would go really well with the drama, cause Mayank's accident had happened in London.

Anjali and her daughter, could come back with Mayank.

I don't why, but I've got a feeling that Pammi and her sister are Mayank's daughters, cause we don't know anything about their past, apart from the fact that Pammi is Kavya's college friend. I don't know much about Pammii's sis. But I reckon that there's more to her character. Anyway this would make them Kavya's sisters.

This is my prediction-:

"Mayank is dead, but Kavya's real mother is definately alive. Pammi and her sis find out the truth about Nitya and how evil she is and that their father died cause of her. But they have been told how clever Nitya is and how much Kavya believes her. So Pammi ended up being Kavya's college friend, just so she can get close to Nitya. Hence she takes Nitya's side all of the time, just so she can collect evidence against her and prove it to Kavya. However Pammi didn't expect Anjali to divorce Kavya and now she's going to take it upon herself to bring both of them back together and sort everything out. I don't think Kavya and Pammi will get married."
