Yes, Arnav was in love with Khushi before he met her in the hospital but something happened that he couldn't able to purpose her! What happened that would be answered in the next update.

Did Arnav ran from the site?
Arnav has explanations for that!

How come Nani is in love with Khushi suddenly after all she is a human being she has accept her, and it's not only Khushi's mistake but Arnav's too.

Thank you so much for revealing the truth. That bloody Rahul is the copy of Shyam. Urgghh hate him like nothing. Poor Arnav I said so many bad things to my poor baby...really feel bad now I can see where he was coming from, but please Khushi innocent too please! I leave that upto you!
