U, Me aur TV.Mohit interview

Mahadev ki dhoom in u me and tv Guys please watch repeat if u can on E24 at 7.30pm tdy IST.
Saheb, biwi aur tv showed the same segment but interview was cut short in that.


They talked about Mahadev in U, Me aur tv and said why Mahadev has done so well in the recent times and why Mohit Raina is a heartthrob.

They showed Nikhil, interview along with Mohit.


Segment started off by saying why in saas bahu times a show like Mahadev made it into hearts of audience.
Though the show took time to make it's place in audience hearts but after 6 months the show became the number one show and started doing very well after the avatar of Veerbhadra.
They said that though Mahadev has not made into the league of B.R Chopra's Mahabharat or Ramayan Sagar's Ramayan but it is still the number one show in recent times and has set a trend for mythos on tv with Mahabharat coming on board now.

Nikhil said: He calls Mahadev a costume drama and feels all historical and mythos fall under that category. It is not a popular genre but Mahadev made it into hearts of the audience.
About Mohit, Nikhil said that he had an instinct which made him feel Mohit would be the right choice for the role though Mohit looks very different in real life.

Mohit said: He belongs to Kashmir and he has sharp features which suited the role and he has learnt Sanskrit which made his Hindi good which also helped in the role.
He was further asked about his fav character which he said was Jalandhar because it was challenging for him as an actor and was also loved by audience. The audience was asked the same question..One girl said Shiv, second one said Chandrashekhar and third one said all😆

He talked about the Mahakaali epi which got record TRP and said that it was loved immensely by the audience and people loved the roop of Adishakti and it was a huge surprise when that epi got that kind of record breaking TRP.👏..

Nikhil also said the same thing that they where hugely surprised by the kind of TRP that Mahakaali epi got which was loved by audience😃

Mohit was also asked about the kind of life partner he wants. He said somebody simple and it will happen soon and people will come to know when it happens. Till that time he is dedicated to his work.
The reporter said till the time u don't get married u will remain the most eligible bachelor on tv. 😛

Hahahah Jyoti mujhe bhi aisa hi laga but I was happiest when both Nikhil and Mohit talked about Mahakaali. Sona rocked that epi🥳

Mohit thank you thank thank you for saying that Jallandar was your fav actor you proved yourself in that. As for me my personal favs have to be Jatta and Jallandar😛

Saw that whole interview and thanks Uma for making the post.
It was great to hear Mohit and Nikhil talk about that epic epi of DKDM which broke all records and made DKDM the most rocking show on tv.
They credited it to Adishakti and am happy Sona was part of that epic TRP winning epi of DKDM which is logged in records books till the time something else beats that. 🥳

I think Mohit will be married by next year his words sounded promising. All the best to him he deserves the success with lots of love. 👏
