An otherwise pious word like Anna-daata - I will have to credit Jodha for making us go 'ooh' and 'aah' for the past 5 hours over a word that's nearly obsolete today!
The mild mischief in her eyes as she watches the Fakir who's possibly come to test/play around with her...the soft smile on her lips as she conveys her message with subtle confidence...Go Jodha go!
I realize its only for a minute, but aren't we all waiting to see how the CVs execute this scene? I know many (including I) are apprehensive about the precap...but...and a BIG BUT...
Even though we have no idea how today's tumultuous showdown between the leads progresses to this cordial scene tomorrow
Even though we're not aware of whether the story transition would be worthwhile/well-shot/justified
Even though we have no idea if the scene lasts beyond the 1 minute we've caught in the precap
We DO know that
1) They are having a CIVIL conversation - because its in public (catch the men with topis walking in the backdrop!)
2) She doesn't use any of her usual words from her shudh Hindi shabdhkosh dictionary during this 1 min...on the contrary, the above statement has to be the best retort Jodha's ever come up with!
3) He has no way of shouting 'KHAMOSH JODHA BEGUM' in public
