All the marriage rituals took place, and must say it is a grand affair why not after all it's the marriage of one of the world's best doctor MAAN SINGH KHURANA. Maan and geet got into the car, firstly maan is stunned and confused. As most of the girls cry during their bidaai, as he has seen in his friend's marriage. She neither cried nor bid adieu to them properly. He felt strange but shrugged it off. Both of them were in their own world. Geet is cursing her fate for all happenings in her life. She doesn't even know that khurana's existed and they were family friends till her chachaji told her about this alliance. For geet there is no difference being here or there. Her life will be same wherever she stays. But why this marriage now? Does she have fewer problems that one more added in her life? She just wants to run away somewhere where there are no people and only she is the one who should exist. And in this life that's not possible.

Both are looking outside, and came out of their trance when maan's mobile rang. A small smile formed on his lips seeing the caller ID. Before he speak anything there comes the chatter box voice. "Ya allah, what's wrong with you Mr. Khan. Let me talk first" came a sweet yet irritating voice of his best friend's wife. Asad rolled his eyes and gave the phone to her. "Hey bhaijaan, how are you? When you are coming back to delhi? You know I am in KM and I am eagerly waiting to see my bhabhi. Bhaijaan, because of this friend of yours I couldn't attend your marriage. I am helpless bhaijaan, your friend don't know anything other than work and office. Just imagine bhaijaan, how my life is? By the way you didn't tell me where are you?" zoya stopped her chatter finally.

"Mdam, if you allow me to talk then I will answer all your questions" told maan laughing. Zoya pouted listening maan's and asad's laugh. "Acha ok listen, we are on our way to delhi. Mostly in an hour or two we will be coming. Mom and dad will be coming in half an hour" told maan. "No bhaijaan, mom and dad came; I will be helping them in preparations. Will talk to you when you are back with my bhabhi. Bye and come soon" told zoya and cut the call, went to help maan's mom in the preparations. Maan smiled and kept the mobile back in his pocket glancing at geet who is all silent from the time they started their journey. And both of them didn't talk before and maan is feeling awkward what to talk to her now. He can easily say that she is either happy or excited, because for both of them this marriage is sudden. Though maan didn't had any problem with this marriage but he is not prepared for anything as of now. But just for his parents sake he got married. Finally he decided to ask her whether she is fine or not. But driver is there and he doesn't want to talk now. He will talk to her once they reach home.

Geet, who listened maan talking to someone on phone felt happy without any reason. She is distracted by a manly voice who is calling her name. "Geet" maan called her as they reached KM. Geet looked at maan for the first time, "We reached home" told maan and geet nodded slowly. Maan got off the car and opened the car door on geet's side like a perfect gentleman. Geet smiled at him nervously and her heart is happy seeing his sweet gesture. Due to the heavy lehenga and all she was about to trip while getting down the car, maan is fast enough to hold her and cage her in his secure arms avoiding her from falling down. That's when maan realized that her body is burning hot. He carefully made her stand on her feet and checked her forehead, geet closed her eyes when he touched her forehead. "You are having fever" told maan. Before he do anything maan's younger brother dev and zoya came to them to welcome them.

"Hii bhaijaan, hii bhabhi" wished zoya. Geet looked up and saw a girl wearing jeans and top. Zoya and maan's mom did aarti to newly wed and welcomed them in. All the rituals took place and maan didn't get any chance to talk with geet. Losing his patience he called zoya. "Yes bhaijaan" "Where is geet? And how much time will take for all this?" asked maan. "Ohoo just wait for sometime" told zoya in a teasing way. "Zoya, geet is not well. She is having temperature" told maan. "Ya allah, then why she is silent and doing all rituals" asked zoya. "All of them won't be like you Mrs. Khan" commented asad. "Ok" told an irritated zoya and left from there to bring geet to their room. Maan and asad went to garden, they sat on the bench enjoying the cool breeze.

"Maan" called asad. "Hmmm" "Tum iss nikah se khush ho na? I know it's late to ask this but" "Asad, I don't tell I am happy with this marriage at the same time I don't tell I am not happy too. Frankly I am confused what will be the future of this marriage. But one thing I am sure, geet is not at all happy with this marriage" told maan. "How can you say that?" asked asad. "I don't know" told maan. "Give a chance to this relation" told asad. "Hmmm" came maan's reply. "Did you talk to her at least?" asked asad. Maan nodded in a no and told "I didn't understand what to talk" "Oh god maan, you never change" chided asad. "Oh hello, you took almost 1 year to propose zoya. Then what should I say, we just got married. Let me take some time to think" maan too chided.

Later maan was called and asked him to go to his room as his wife is waiting for him. All are teasing him about their first night except asad. He knows maan will definitely kill him if he even utters a word now. Maan went to his room and closed it. He saw his wife is sitting on the middle of the bed waiting for him. it is a awkward situation for both. And they know they need some time to start their life as a life partners. If not life partners at least they can be like friends. "Geet, you can change into something comfortable" told maan. Geet, who was all nervous till now sighed in relief. She got up immediately, took out her night suit, went to washroom to change. Maan didn't help but chuckle seeing her immediate action, as if she is waiting for him to tell the same. Geet came out after changing into night suit, maan too did the same. He too changed into something comfortable.

Maan walked towards the cupboard and took out the medical kit. He took a paracetamol tablet and gave it to geet. "Geet, have this tablet you will feel better" told maan. Geet took the tablet hesitantly and said "thank you" that's when he heard her voice, which is so sweet. "you sleep on the bed, I will sleep on the couch" told maan. Geet got up immediately. "Suniye, I will sleep on the couch. You don't need to adjust because of me" told geet. "You wont be comfortable there" told maan. "Even you, I am shorter than you and I will fit on the couch easily" told geet without thinking anything. Maan is amused the way she is arguing with him. "What do you want to say that I am fat" asked maan. Geet bit her tongue and looked at him apologetically. "Wo.. wo.. I really didn't mean those words. I am very sorry" told geet feeling scared. "jab tumne mujhe mota keh liya tho wohi sahi, but I am gonna sleep on couch as you are not well and don't argue ok?" told maan. He liked her and that is sure.
