Says TV actor Shaleen Malhotra who loves hisworkout
and enjoys working on his problem areas at the gym
Myexercise
regime
I work out regularly. I like a regime which focuses on onebody
part at a time. For instance weight training focuses on the core muscles of the body.
My diet
I eat every two hours. For breakfast I have boiled eggs and muesli with skimmed milk and coconut water. I have four boiled eggs two hours after the breakfast. For lunch I have a half grilled chicken or anything roasted with salad followed by a protein shake. Two hours after lunch I again have boiled eggs. For dinner I have salad and soup followed by a protein shake. I also drink at least 6-7 litres of water. Apart from breakfast, I consume coconut water throughout the day.
My problem areas
My abs. Even if I put in so much effort they tend to disappear quickly. Besides this my core muscles are also very weak.
My strength areas
Shoulders and legs. I was a bowler earlier so my shoulder muscles are strong and my legs are always toned.
