I am not very conversant with Muslim Wedding Rituals, so I honestly don't know whether the wedding they showed between Ayan and Zoya was valid or not (judging by the number of posts here, I am guessing it is totally invalid).
What I completely fail to understand that is why neither Ayan or Zoya asked for any help from the hall full of people?😕 The Goons were barely half a dozen in number and they did not seem to have any weapons in hand...not even a stick!😆 And there were a considerable number of hefty looking grooms and their even heftier looking fathers in the Hall where the Community Nikah was taking place! Not to mention the dozens of women too!
How come it never occured to either Zoya or Ayan that they should have just shouted out for help?😕 With so many people present, and Zoya and Ayan, both obviously looking in distress, would have certainly got some help from these people against the Goons? This is all the more glaring, because Ayan had the presence of mind to hide Humeria in a room and Zoya had the presence of mind to cover her face with a duppata...but none of them had the most common/natural reaction, any person in distress would have had...that of asking for help!😕
For me, besides everything else, this was the most illogical thing about the episode!
Also, the Maulvi Sahab and his Assistants never noticed the presence of the goons amongst the well-dressed brides and grooms?😆 The Gunda Log were loitering around freely in the hall, like it was a public park and no one objected or even asked them what they were doing?
This is what happens when you develop a completely illogical and brainless track and then you don't know how to execute it properly!
