Watch the episode well before commenting,,none of them said qubool hai. They said "haan"(Yes) and that's also unintentionally when Ayaan was talking over the phone with Rashid. and on the other side, zoya was talking with Asad while saying yes.

but quazi did not mention her full name n he mentioned zoya with some other name it has to be invalid n even if zoya signs nikhanaam it'll b no nikha because her full n legal name is zoya farooqui n not zoya mohammed blah
