Aarav Chowdharry's daily exercise
Aarav Chowdharry begins his day with a nice warm up exercise, which includes 10-15 minutes of brisk walking or running. He also drinks lot of water in the morning. He never misses out on his weight training session. He has egg white for breakfast and prefers tandoori chicken, with roti and loads of salad for lunch. He is not so worried about diet but chooses to have something light every two or three hours rather than have one big meal at a time
