And once again the most popular one won the trophy! Ok, not exactly the most popular one, but the one with a crazy fan following. I am one of those people who believe that popularity matters more than talent. Drashti is an ordinary dancer, nothing too great about her but that doesn't mean that she's undeserving. If a Salman Khan movie works more than an Irfaan Khan's than it's Irfaan's fault, not Salman's. And you can call him undeserving and all but does it really matter?
But colors ruined it for Drashti. Big time. It's just because of colors that people today hate her so much. They should not have followed the concept of 50-50 thing where marks and votes matter equally.
That's where the cheating happened. Most of Drashti's acts deserved 8 but Madam Madhubala got 10 and OTT praises. Had she got the marks that she deserved, she would have definitely had to perform the jaan k liye dance against the likes of Mukti and Sana and would have been eliminated there and then. That's where the partiality lies. To eliminate Mukti, they eliminated the jaan k liye dance ! Wow. The week Drashti got the lowest marks, she was still safe! How? When the contestant with the highest marks( nobody knows her ranking in votes, so can't assume that she came last over there) was in bottom 2, how in the world was DD safe? A lot has been discussed about it, so won't go there. Colors favoured her at every step and that is the thing which takes away a lot from her credibility.
All those jumping around saying 'sour grapes', please shut up. Learn where to use the phrase first. Everybody knew DD was going to win from the start. Had it just been voting that made her win, I would have been the one to shut up. But she won because she was made to win. So people who are saying that the show is rigged are right in saying so, not a case of sour grapes. Nobody cares what happens to DD. Have you seen that big yellow thing in the sky? The world revolves around it, not her! People are just frustrated at the blatant partiality that was served in the name of dance. Nobody is jealous of your princess 😕 Factors other than popularity made her win and that's the thorn in everybody's paw.
