Karan Tacker: Every year we get a replica of the Ganpati idol of Pune's Dagadusheth Halwai at our place. Our decorations are not over the top, as I like to keep it simple and sober. It's our sixth year of welcoming Ganpati. Surprisingly, one and half days goes in excitement when our friends come over to our place. As I am diehard fan of samosas, my mom cooks them for me. There are many types of sweets that we offer the Lord. For a change I have been getting eco-friendly Ganpati idol so that we can immerse the same in a water tank that is arranged in our area. This exercise prevents our environment to get polluted.
