I am really excited about the new entry. I know many people are upset and so I am going to share a few things of why I have a strong feeling the writers know what they are doing.

1. DM's son, Satya was bound to enter the show. We all knew DM had a biological son. Let's not consider this character as a new entry as he had always been part of the story. We were just yet to see him. He is not some random character that enters the show. You will get to see DM's bias towards her own biological son compared to Raghu. In the audition video, we can already assume that Satya considers himself to be the only son of Daya Maiye. This goes to show you that even though raghu has tried his best to be part of this family.. they never considered him as his own (exception - Aaji).. so this guy is not a seperate track.. or just a third angle! Satya is a strong part of the story. Even before the show started Satya's character was written.

2. Let us not assume that love triangles always ruin the show. That is not always the case. What ruins the story is how they incorporate the triangle and continue to do justice to the requirement of that triangle. People have been comparing DDEJ with some other shows where we have recently seen third angles. Well, I dont want to say any names, but I can tell you one thing - those shows went wrong on many different levels... It wasnt not even about the triangle.. The writers in those cases didnt even know how they wanted the third angle's character to turn out. They were trying to discover the character based on audience reaction, which was the downfall of those shows. I feel in DDEJ, the writers have a strong hold on what they want to show... I can already see based on the audition tapes .. that DM's son is well defined character.

3. I also want people to realize that DM and her son serve a different purpose than Aman. Let's not get confused here and assume there are so many villians. Aman is here with a different motive. This is a guy, who is repenting what he did in his past. He used Raghu and now he is having to live with that guilt. Aman's purpose is to bring Dr. Kaul's mysterious death to the forefront. He is not here to cause problems for RA, but to give a closure to what happened during the Terrorist attack. On the other hand DM and Satya are a seperate issue. Here these two will be the strong antagonists. Raghu will have to stand against all, who he considered his family for Antara. Now is DM related to the death of Dr. Kaul..only time will tell.. . we dont know about that as this will be a mystery that will unravel.. .but i can say one thing the motives of these two are different.

4. Next has anyone noticed the arrogance in both DM and Satya? (based on promo and audition) Its time that someone crushes their arrogance. Satya says how can anyone reject me? This is where Antara will reject him for Raghu! This will be a moment to die for and I say this because Raghu and Antara's love is beyond money, status, looks, and etcc... their love is so pure... This will only show the depth of their love. Raghu on the other hand will be at a cross road because on one hand its his family and on the other its his love.. this will be a moment to see as well. I bet the climax of this show will be Raghu and DM's son fight in Kashmir lol Leaving that aside, the protective/caring Raghu will be the highlight of this ..

5. Last but not the least and this is my most favorite. Has anyone ever seen the title song carefully enough and read beyond what was shown? You see the two being seperated.. both yearning for eachother... You see these two lovers runing away together... it signifies how these two will become BAAGHI. DM and Saty'a goon will be after Rantara.. and Raghu being our macho hero will protect Antara =))) I cant wait to see this! How can you all not be liking this upcoming angle? ROFL =)) I want to see the yearning and the longing for one another... My sole reason to watch this show is because its an intense romantic show ROFL

6. Before I conclude this i have to say this for my yedi gang: Everyone wants to see the jealous and intense Raghu and the Intense love story of Raghu Antara lol ROFL Waise bhi Lovestory is incomplete without a Villian =))

Anyway I am going to stop here.. I know I wrote a lot, but I am so eager to see what is stored for us. I have built this trust on the Cvs as they havent disappointed me this far. They really know that this show is about two pious souls! This is a romantic show and they know they have to explain the title Do Dil Ek Jaan!
