Jagyas love triangle in Balika Vadhu

Love triangles are always interesting and if that has to do with a leading daily soap then it certainly works to hook the audiences. Colors' Balika Vadhu has been playing with this track for quite some time now. The main protagonist Jagya is dwindling between his love Ganga and an obsessed lover Sanchi who wants to marry him at any cost.

Jagya has immense love and respect for Ganga who has same feelings for him. Both of them are perfect match and deserve a good life after numerous hardships. As it is said nothing comes easy in love, Jagya is torn between the two ladies. He has promised Sanchi that he will marry her. Yet, his heart beats for Ganga whom he cannot marry because of his promise to Sanchi.

Although he realized recently that Sanchi's love for him is sheer obsession and childish. This has been proved when the two were out at a hotel, Sanchi yelled at a waiter and this was when Jagya saw the pleasing contrast to this behavior of Sanchi in Ganga. There was also a sequence where Sanchi stopped Jagya midway, got to the road, and screamed that she is in love with Jagya. All this made Jagya frustrated with this relationship.

Meanwhile, Anandi tried her level best to ask Jagya about his relationship with Ganga. Though Jagya was not in a position to answer, he later on got flashes of the goodness of Ganga. The moment arrived when he accepted to himself that he loves Ganga. At the same moment, Sanchi came up to him and demanded a kiss from him, when Jagya got irritated and yelled at her.

Now after a six months progression in terms of storytelling the story has reached the stage wherein the three principal characters involved in the love triangle, Jagya, Ganga and Sanchi have attained success in their respective professional careers. Post the jump in time, Jagya has completed his post-graduation successfully. Ganga on the other hand, is in Mangalore and has become a nurse after finishing her course. Sanchi is in Udaipur and has completed her MBA.

Jagya is now working as a Doctor in Jaitser and Sanchi busy in their wedding preparations. While Ganga was very much hopeful to come back home and work in Jagya's hospital but all in vain as Jagya realized that if she comes again in his life, it will be difficult for him to marry Sanchi because he loves Ganga. So, he asked Ganga to join his friend's hospital in Jaipur. Ganga was shocked and refused his offer. Jagya is feeling sad but he wants to keep distance from her.

I think its high time Jagya realizes what is important to him. He should take a strong stand and do what his heart says. Sanchi's love is not pure and he deserves Ganga who is the best match for him. After all, Anandi also wishes the same for him- a peaceful life with the woman who loves him as much as she did.
