Part 21

[Team D3 has won NDC. They have planned a party on the next night of their win. It's the day, rather night, of their win. With happy and proud hearts all have gone home.]

Rey (To himself): Kal ka poora din Taani ke saath time spend nahi kiya aur aaj bhi nahi. Kya karu? Kya karu? (An idea pops up in his mind) Yes! Yahi karunga!

(Rey calls Taani)

Rey: Hello sweetheart!

Taani: Hello my Prince Charming!

Rey: Ohhoo aaj bohot pyaar aa raha hai.

Taani (blushing hard): Rey please.

Rey: Okay okay tumhe conscious nahi karunga.

Taani: Aapne itni raat ko call kyu kiya?

Rey: Tumhe yeh batane ke liye ki tum kal subah subah ready rehna mein tumhe lene aa raha hoon.

Taani: Kya? Rey aap kya keh rahe hai?

Rey: Wahi jo tumne abhi suna. Morning 6 a.m. Mujhe tum apne main door pe milna. Mein tumhe lene aa jaunga.

Taani: But kahan jana hai?

Rey: Surprise hai tumhare liye.

Taani: Par bhai ko pata chal gaya toh.

Rey: Bhai ko pata chal gaya toh n all haan? Matlab tum itni jaldi maan gayi?

Taani: Aur koi choice hai?

Rey: Nah. No choice at all! Aur rahi baat Swayam ki toh usko pata lagne tak hum already pahunch chuke honge. Wahan se call karke usse bata denge.

Taani: Rey but aise.

Rey: Usse Sharon ke saath time spend karne milega. Trust me vo bohot khush hoga.

Taani: But agar.

Rey (cutting her): Agar magar chodo. Abhi so jao kal jaldi ready hona hai.

(Rey disconnects the call.)

Taani (to herself): Rey pagal ho gaye hai! Hey Krishna ji Rey ke plan ko flop mat hone dena aur bhai ko bhi humse naraz mat hone dena.

(Next morning 6 a.m. Taani's phone rings.)

Taani: Haan buhba aa rahi hoon.

Rey: Dekhon tum nahi aayi na toh mein jor jor se horn bajaunga. Phir Swayam uth jaayega and uske saamne tumhe leke jaaunga.

Taani: Atcha? Bajao horn! Mein bhi dekhu aap kaise le jaate ho!

(Rey honks but a bit slowly. Taani gets startled as she didn't expect it.)

Taani: Rey aap horn nahi bajayenge mein aa rahi hoon.

(Taani soon comes down. Both look at each other and get mesmerized by each other's looks. Rey opens the door of his car for her. He makes her sit then comes and sits on the driver's seat.)

Rey and Taani's clothes:

Taani: Aap bhai ka wait kar rahe ho?

Rey: Huh?

Taani: Toh chaliye na.

Rey: Badi jaldi hai jaane ki!

Taani: Rey bhai dekh lenge.

Rey: Taani tum toh aise darr rahi ho jaise mein tumhe humesha ke liye bhaga ke le jaa raha hoon.

Taani: Aapne mujhe itne jaldi baate karne ke liye uthaya hai?

Rey: Sorry my princess. Chalo nikalte hai.

(They reach the place in about two hours or such. As soon as they halt. Taani's phone rings.)

Taani: Bhai ka phone hai.

Rey: Toh uthao.

Taani: Plan aapka tha. Aap uthayiye. (Saying this she picks up the call and keeps the phone near Rey's ears.)

Swayam: Taani, tum subah subah kaha chali gayi? Poore ghar mein dhoonda nahi mili. Kabse phone try kar raha hoon lag bhi nahi raha. Batake toh jaa sakti thi tum. Abhi kuch bolo bhi. Chup kyun ho?

Rey: Tu mauka dega toh bolu na.

Swayam: Rey? (and checks his phone if he has dialed to Taani or by mistake to Rey.)

Rey: Haan mein.

Swayam: Taani ka phone tumhare paas kya kar raha hai?

Rey: Sirf Taani ka phone nahi but Taani khud mere saath hai!

Swayam: Atcha. Wait a second, WHAT? Taani itni subah tumhare saath?

Rey: Yes!

Swayam: Meri behen ko bhaga ke kahan leke jaa rahhe ho?

Rey: Shaadi karne!

Swayam: Kya?

Rey: Relax dude. Mein toh bas uske saath thoda time spend karna chahata tha toh usse bahar leke aaya.

Swayam: Mujhe bataya kyun nahi?

Rey: Surprise tha!

Swayam: Kuch bhi ho, I want you two here!

Rey: Sure saale sahib. Shaam tak aa jaynge. Abhi bye bye.

(Rey cuts the call. Taani is glaring at him.)

Rey: Mujhe aise kyun dekh rahi ho?

Taani: Aap bhai se aise kyun baat kar rahe the? Unhe jarur bura laga hoga.

Rey: Nahi bura laga hai. Abhi please gussa mat karo aur chalo.

(They both get down. They have come to a beautiful park outside city.)

Park:

Taani: Its so beautiful.

Rey: Not more than you.

(Taani blushes and goes in the centre and starts twirling in glee. Its windy and hence many petals are being showered on her.)

Khwaab hai tu, neend hoon main
Dono mile raat bane..
Roz yehi maangu dua
Teri meri baat bane.. baat bane..

(Taani keeps twirling. She hears his voice and looks at Rey, who is walking towards her.)

(Rey goes towards Taani, holds her hand and starts dancing with her.)

(He does some waves by hand indicating water.)

Rey: Mein tumhe yaha aise leke aaya hoon.

Taani: Mein toh aapse naraz nahi hun as this place is really beautiful. (Gets up and moves a bit forward.)

(Rey gets up and moves behind her. Taani feels his presence behind her and shuts her eyes. Rey hugs her from behind. Then slowly moves her hair to one side and gives her a passionate kiss on her neck. Taani's breathing gets heavy. She turns and hugs him tight. He too hugs hers back.)
