Audition through Landline...Please Help - Page 2

I registered on 10'th Feb Afternoon !

They only gave me a registeration no. & didn't tell date / timing / venue address .

Earlier this happened :

I called 125 5525 > IVRS of Sony TV is heard > I said Indian Idol to go to sub menu of Indian Idol

> They asked me to press 1 for English & 2 for Hindi

> Then choice of auditions city followed . Press

1-Baroda

2-Bhopal

3-Kanpur

4-Kolkatta

5-Delhi

6-Mumbai

> Then they want me to record my name in my speech

> Then enter your DOB by Keypad in 8 digit ddmmyyyy format

>Then enter your telephone no. either mobile or landline with std code

> Then press 1 for female & 2 for male <choose whatever you are>

> AFTER EVERY STEP OF THE ABOVE 5 ,THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PRESS 1 TO CONFIRM & 2 TO CHANGE IT.

>Then they generate an REG. NO. for you & they tell it to you. It is in 7 digits

> Then press 1 to hear your reg.no again or press 2 to finish Reg. process and return to main menu.

As I also told in earlier posts a TIP :

Do take a pen & piece of paper to write down whatever you selected & entered in the reg. process & to save your Reg. no.

They tell it that giving you reg. no does not mean that you have been shortlisted for auditions.

This Reg. No. MUST be produced you are allowed for the auditions.

Don't worry about it -Once your call is through they will nicely guide through process of Registration & just follow instructions carefully.

I have selected Baroda ! If not then I may come to Mumbai.
