i have query on my recently purchased ps cs6

i do gif editing

for which i make gif which lave sign demo in the mid like this

to remove which i open the gif in ps and then choose 1 layer in timeline and last in layer panel.

then apply healing tool and it removed in all automatically

now yesterday when i was doing this it show

i dont know what the problem i supposed thi eye icon which was not shown before but yesterday was

now i tried

selecting all layer that is putting eye on all animation removed by this

then by deselecting eye on first layer got empty

please help me
