Neil Bhatt who is currently seen playing Lakshman in Zee TV's Ramayan, spared time to answer our slam book questions...

Birthday: 4th August.

Nickname: Monty.

Sun Sign: Leo.

Hometown: Baroda is my birth place but my hometown is Lonawada which is in between Baroda and Ahmedabad.

Describe yourself: I am a hardworking, honest and a determined person in life. I always try to achieve what I want to achieve. I won't give up. This is the crux of me.

Strength: Being focused in life and my loyalty.

Weakness: Anger, but I won't say it is a weakness because if you know how to channelize your anger then it becomes your strength too so I am learning how to channelize my anger.

What can easily impress you: A person with a good heart. If a person is good then you automatically want to talk to that person. It's the most important thing that anyone should look for in someone.

You're crazy about: Life. I am crazy about the innumerable inspirations that it gives you.

Hobbies: Dancing, Martial arts, listening to music, watching movies and I have recently started reading books.

A cloud 9 moment for you: Whenever I give a shot on my set and the rest of the cast and crew clap for me. You don't know how will the audience react but when they do this you feel like you have done well and you are on the right track. Another most important moment for me is to see my parents being proud of me. Every Sunday is a cloud 9 moment for me because every Sunday they watch me at 11 o'clock in the form of Lakshman and I feel happy that I can give this feeling to my parents. My Mom really feels proud of me and has tears in her eyes when she sees me like this.

Do you believe in destiny: Yes, I believe in destiny.

Songs you're humming these days: Zinda hai toh.. pyala pura bhar le...

Any TV show you follow: Comedy Circus, Crime Patrol and I watch shows made abroad like Arrow and Touch. I mostly watch shows online whenever time permits.

An unforgettable day of your life: When I received an award for my role in 12/24 Karol Bagh in Zee Rishtey Awards.

Describe your daily routine in short: I get up, get ready, go to my sets, meet and greet everybody, start getting ready for Lakshman, I perform, and enjoy life as Lakshman. Then I go back home and if I get some time then I catch up with a movie on my computer, talk to my parents, workout, and then I go to sleep.

What's your favorite pass time during free time on the sets: I hardly get time to pass but if I do get time then I discuss something with my director or write my script which I am working on; I do something constructive. Recently, I have started reading books on my phone so, I do that too.

Favorite hangout places in Mumbai: Bachelors' in Charni Road, Leopold's' Cafe, Bandstand and Carter Road. I also love Mount Mary's Church and from Santacruz to Bandra I go cycling over there.

Craziest fan encounter so far: I don't know whether the person is my fan but I was on Facebook but that person hacked my account and started posting pictures from there. I am again requesting that person through this medium that please de-activate that account so that I can come back to Facebook and connect to my fans once again. It's a genuine request as its hampering my connection with my fans.

The best compliment ever received: I went to meet a cancer patient in Delhi as she requested me to meet her. She said, I fought with the hospital people to shift my room because I don't get Zee TV in this room. I watch all your shows otherwise my day won't go well. Seeing you happy and smiling as Abhi (referring to my character in Karol Bagh) makes me happy too.

Your inspiration: I look for inspirations in every little thing. My Mom and Dad are my biggest inspiration. If I can be like even 1% or 2 % of them then main dhanya ho jaunga (smiles).

If the Ginnie gives you three wishes then what would they be: Keep my Mom & Dad happy, Keep my Mom & Dad happy and Keep my Mom & Dad happy.

You're incomplete without: My family.

Message to your fans: Over the years, I have realized that I am incomplete without my family and after 5 years in this industry, I have realized that you have also become my family. So, I am incomplete without you guys too. Please don't ever leave my side because I need you and I hope that I will be there for them always whenever they require me.
