Is karan trying to tell something to Gul?

Karan's ever growing hair is getting me annoyed but today a thought crossed my mind ...I think Karan need vacation time and Gul is not agreeing to it, therefore, Karan came up with this master plan of growing his hair to an extent where his face is fully covered and at that juncture he will take few days off and Gul can use a body double with hair covered face to attain a happy medium 🤣

Truly what is with his hair. The front view is good but side and back omg. Is he preparing for some other role or is he twisting Guls arm to give him more money.
