Yeah i am 90% sure it will be she

becoz:

It was from Jodha maternal home that kesar had come

Jodha herself made Ruqaiya drink it

I read some posts on forum saying that the kesar was tasted outside only :

But not to forget Maham had mixed something into the kesar which can affect pregnant ladies only

and the person who tasted it was neither man or woman so how can it efect her

I think Maham has done one arrow two hunts

She has let down Joddha and also broken Ruqaiya dream of Mariam uz Zamani...

Just hope Jalal supports Jodhaa

i also have a feeling that maham will do something like that because she does not want ruk to be more powerful than her, and she is jealous of akbar's attraction towards jodhha...very rightly said ek teer se do shikaar and that is the game of politics, i guess everything is fare in love and war..now it will be interesting to watch how akbar will react who was known for judging people's character..will he suspect jodha or dig deep into it to find the real culprit!

Jodha cannot be blamed. The kesar was tasted at the entrance in presence of Maham Angha. Next the milk came from the kitchen by orders of Jalal. And it was impromptu decision of Jalal to make Ruquaiya drink kesar milk. It was not decided beforehand so Jodha could not have planned it.

Jodha is genuinely happy which Jalal and Hamida banu and others know. If Jodha is implicated by Ekta+CVs stupid script then Jalal would ideally chop her head off or loathe her for life and put her in confinement. So Jodha cannot be blamed. Jalal has to win the heart of Jodha and she has to soften her feelings for him. That is how the story progresses-Jalal+Jodha. (reposting)
