Yesterday's Episode gave the Pregnant in real news, Not of Jodha but Ruquiya's
Because we all know, Mariam-uz-Zamani was Jodha and she was the one to give the Hier, so that means Ruquiya's Child will Die.
So How will that happen? Here are my Two cents on that
Accordin to my View these are two people who could be responsible for child's death
First_Maham Anga!
She is clever cunning and Witty and the one besides Ruquiya who holds Harem's Power. After she has known that Ruquiya wishes her Power, she will leave no stone unturned to ensure that Ruquiya's child see the light of Day.
Maybe,
She will use the Sweet, Old and Effective Trick
_Mixing something in her food or Drink that will cause child's death
_Or using her Brain devising a clever, witty plan as we all know Maham Anga's Brain works at a Jet Rocket speed!
Second_Ruquiya herself!
It is known that Ruquiya has no Happiness for the child, just the Title and Power.
So I think she will careless with her Pregnancy and Baby. When you are Pregnant a lot has to be taken care of like full Rest, do not move much, No lifting Heavy things, Type of food etc... It is Tedious!
Like I told above she will be careless with the Baby and some silly or unresponsible act of hers will lead to a Miscarriage.
Least Choice
Another Thing
Maybe the child will be Born, which I don't want and I don't think so will happen with Maham Anga alive, and will Die in a few days or 1-2 months because of some Illness, Birth Problem[Birth with same Blood\Genes Parents causes Problems] or what else his\her fate, Not everyone lives life fully particularly Long one!

I want the second one and that too fast, Fist one is good too but No way I would want the Third, I am being harsh on the poor Baby but I don't want Him\her to be born
