Kajra re kachra re tere surma waale naina! 😡 😭

Someone please tell Makeup dada to reduce or remove the surma for my RT's gorgoeus little eyes! 🤢 😭

It almost looks like he has a black eye from a punch here thanks to the surma smeared all below the line 😳

And also what's with so much gel... I do like his gelled look too for eg in the drunk scene where his hair is all thin at the ends but yahan its so thick and all 😭

PS: I know the Kajal in eyes is not just a look and is related to islamic culture, but all I want is to atleast REDUCE it if not remove it! 😳

If by any chance I am overanalyzing the cultural thing and for the Makeup team it is just to give the hero the negative shades... 😳 PLEASEEE 🤢 Why is it a norm that most leads on telly with grey shades need to put surma despite having gorgeous eyes which emote greyness equally beautifully enough! 😡

You all tell me if I am wrong! 😛

Maybe the kajal must have spread out in the aarti scene.. forget the surma.. focus on his expressions 😛😳

I noticed that too much Kajal thing in the precap too.

It kinda made him look weird and looked like Rajat is sleep deprived.

But with Akdha scenes coming i could care less.

I am going to focus on the hand romance and try not to be meticulous about anything.

@poojie... but expression ke focus ko dekhne ke liye I WILL have to go through his eyes first! 😡 🤣 and you know re this is not the only scene... it was more hideous in the first epis and becomes so many times I am just trying that by chance PH stalkers can see this 😆

@amelia... arrey man no one is going hardcore on this 😆 just like you said it looks as if he has sleepy bags or was punched with so much kaajal ... and plus the cinemto is so beautiful in this with open skies and aarti flames illuminating their faces... this is the only sore thing 😆

yeah..they seem to apply too much kajal at times which makes RT look like a crueeelll akbar at times. But it must have been the light too in the precap! hehe! Still he looks better with less surma. I just wish he had a bit shorter hair with little jel towards the anterior side which would make the hair look like it were flowing...wow...he he!!!!

see its a pretty natural look of most staunch muslims even today

They consider surma as lucky and protects them from evil eyes (even Hindus believe the same but I find this getting extended to male gender as well only with them)

Its not about bad eye-makeup or accidental smudging of the surma with Rajat.

If they can use good quality surma with the ladies, even Maham Anga, the CVs can spare the same for Jalal as well 😆

This is just to blend into the character naturally, Jalal is a fighter and does daily chores like political stuff etc. as well unlike the royal ladies who, usually, spend a lot of time and effort to maintain their look, yes in those days as well, for ... umm... Jalal's attention maybe???? 🤣

Never mind...

So the surma for the custom here, and the smudging for the masculinity, so that it doesn't look feminine with perfect lines set and nothing gone haywire, but rough and tough sort of!!!

And our hard-working emperor is here... 👏

P.S. if you have been around Islamic guys (the traditional ones) you'll find the surma look quite natural and not negative 😉

And yes, the gel suggests well oiled hair...

India has been famous since time immemorial for fragrant oils and nowadays we admire bouncy oil-free hair, but in those days, well oiled and combed hair were quite a turn on
